A beautiful sea view from the room balcony with a mini pool inside the hotel room. Love the spacious, nice and quite environment. The staff is helpful and respond efficiently when in need of their assistance.

Although the room is very nice, big and with private pool. But TV is small and not clear. and while I book the room with 2 adults + 2 kids but they only provide breakfast for 2 person.

A very family friendly hotel, we have pleasant moment during our stay, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and spacious☺️ the only downside is the location quite far from the downtown and no much convenient store and restaurant around the hotel.

Don't book. Very lousy. I paid everything already and they collect RM150 more when check in for so call "weekend and holiday charge". This is rediculous. Dont book, they prepared to cut your head.

Second time coming to Lexis. We love the room & the pool. Privacy at the best!

I am impressed with the room service. We ordered dinner & it's served warmly via warmer, fully wrapped. Staff service is really efficient & friendly. Food is prepared well & delicious. The ordering system is online. Easy to use. Upon submitting my order online, the staff called Immediately to reconfirm my order.

Absolutely love the suites with private pool in it and the room is really spacious. However a little disappointment with their breakfast as we were required to dine in room perhaps due to Covid. The breakfast unsatisfactory as it's not worth for what we paid.

We love the small pool inside the suite, good n tasty foods from Roselle Cafe n good service from all staff.

Not bad… that's was a romantic place, have a big room, clean place and suitable to stay at there.

A very wonderful stay… private pool actually is the attraction n also breakfast is sending to the room… but the driving way n turning corner before reaching parking lot at 2nd level very scary … extra careful is needed. Parking lot should be more at ground floor. Another thing we need a helper n troller to unload lugages. Any way lexis id the place to be chosen as family vacation.

Nice experience staying here and the rooms are well maintained.

It's a great place if you want to rest and relax. Distance from George town about 35 mins journey. There are many food varieties for breakfast. Service of staffs are generally quite good. Sometimes will have insects fly into pool area. I have no chance to have a drink at the bar at top level due to there is company booked the place.

It was good experience at the Lexis suites but the staff wasn’t cooperative at the day of checking out. They called me at 12 pm and they told me if I stayed until 1 pm I will be charged 50 RM extra. Gym was great also the pool was good. Breakfast was nice but it could be better. Overall it deserves 7.5 out of 10 tor the location and services.

Room is spacious, clean and cosy. Likes the balcony with private pool much. Enjoyed sipping my red wine while looking at the starry sky at night. Can see the small fishing boats heading towards sea during evening. However, the set back was the strong odor of chlorine in the private pool water and long waiting time before we checked in to our room during the peak season — public holiday.

Suitable for family with children. Relative new hotel with spacious rooms and breath taking view of surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback is it's location is rather far away from most attractions. But this can be a plus point if you are looking for quiet place. Overall we had enjoyed our stay.

Very good hotel, nice view and nice stuff the only thing you have to keep it in mind that the private swimming pool is not heated. But still a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Check in suppose to be 4pm, which is already consider late. We arrived at 3pm, was asked to wait for their phone call when room available. At 4pm still no call thus we went to counter and saw long queue. We are not the only guest waiting for our room. In the end, we get our room key at 4.20pm! Hair dryer not working and when feedback, staff just stare at me then ignore me.

Disappointing 2 night stay n will never return… this hotel is no where close to a 5 star hotel. Rooms n the private pool were infested with insects. Reception will never answer the phone despite numerous rings… 1 man show at the sky bar will leave you waiting for your order to be taken. A wasted private pool when u can't swim with insects. Room service which have no patience where they ring your door bell every 3 seconds expecting you to run to the door… I filled up a quality survey form telling them their service is so poor n still waiting for them to contact me… this shows basically they don't care. During my booking I have wrote to them the purpose of my stay is because it's my wife's bday and nothing was done. Not a wish, not a card nor a slice of cake… I have stayed in many other 5 stars hotel b4 n was never had an experience like this b4… this is just unacceptable. N not forgetting their crappy parking areas to higher floor which will take you for a spin until you reach the parking floor. Then I realised why most cars parked at the hotel lobby area.

As I saw a lot bad comment about this hotel, but for my experience, I had a great moment with my husband in this hotel for 3d2n. The hotel staff had helping me to succeed the birthday surprise for my husband although I was requesting for the decoration in just 2 days ago because the birthday decoration for the room need 2 weeks pre booking if I'm not mistaken. Mr. Saatish and his team had helping me and I had successfully gave the big surprise for my husband. Plus the reception staff are very friendly and nice, they were helpful and try their best to fulfill customers' needs. Linda had sent the fruit platter and greeting card for us that make us feel warm. The breakfast was nice and have a lot of choice too. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful moment during my holiday in Lexis Suite Penang.

5 star hotel with swimming pool and sauna in every room. Luxurious rooms and services with beautiful and breathtaking view and scenery. Sea and beach view will bring your holiday to the next level. The facilities are superb. Worth every penny spending here. Hope the hotel will maintain and upgrade their offering in the future. Wow. 5 Star.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Room comes with a personal jacuzzi and steam room. Breakfast buffet is awesome. There is a larger swimming pool (but only 5 feet deep) and sauna available. Japanese restaurant on the ground floor Located 20km from Georgetown. There is a 7/11 nearby.

Hotel staff is very friendly, famous seafood restaurant in the vicinity, can be a feast, famous Thai restaurant is also nearby, this time their own driving to live, the best car to stop downstairs, because up to many layers of rotating parking spaces, rotating lanes are relatively narrow, it is easy to enclose the body.

Overall great experience with private pool and sauna. Very big room and comfortable bed. Kids enjoy here with really nice playground. The only drawback is the wash room cannot be lock so kids can open while we shower it by accident.

Great view of the sea. Excellent facilities. Love the private pool and sauna. Suitable for family or group of people who wants privacy. It can be noisy a little with dogs barking as it is located within village area. Overall, really enjoyed my stay there.

Dilemma between 3 to 4 stars. More like a big room with private pool and big closet/bathroom/toilet instead of complete suite with kitchenette and separate work or rest area. Space and deco is nice, private sauna room was a surprise. Saturday dinner buffet is awesome with fresh seafood, love the scallop! However, lift design is a big let down especially if one stays at 26th floor.

The room design is good that there are separate room for washroom, swimming pool and bedroom. Its a good choice for family stay because the room very spacious, comfortable and clean. That night was heavy rain and we try to ask for umbrella at front desk. The staff very kind to borrow us umbrellas and even show us an easy walk way to the seafood restaurant just nearby. I would like to praise the staffs for their excellent service. I am happy to have a memorable new year eve.

A beautiful boutique hotel by the sea, though very far from Georgetown. The place is a destination by itself for each suite contains a private pool and Jacuzzi. Other facilities include a huge public. Pool, a spa, fitness center, a children's play area and a games room. Given this, there seems to be no reason to step out. The party and the conference settings are ideal for a high profile private event.

The rooms are really cozy and the pool within your rooms are really relaxing. The open concept of each floors are cooling too. The staff here in general are very welcoming too.

We had our staff Xmas dinner at Lexis and the food was great. However, the alcoholic drinks service was slow.
5 days later a few of us returned to the rooftop bar. It took them 45minutes to deliver a jug of mojito and 50 minutes to deliver wedges and a salad. I next ordered a single glass of mojito and I still don't know what they gave me but it wasn't a mojito, it was brown. Totally unimpressed and won't be going back.

Pleasent stay. Contemporary yet stylish. Love the in-room pool and sauna. Enjoying sauna whole night after late night gym. Indoor activity for kids also available. Bunch of them too.

Spacious room for 4 people. It has a good view from the room. They even have a sauna in the hotel room itself. And also a private mini pool outside the balcony of the room. We can also access the rooftop freely.

The hotel idea is nice. It is relatively clean but we asked them to change the towels twice since they had red and gray spots : (. The pool has only normal water not heated at all. So, no high expectations. The hotel is also far from anything, no many taxis or ubers are around. However, the view from the high floors is magnificent. Food inside is nice and not very expensive.

Had Japanese food today, however menu not much. Too many fried stuff very less noodle from the menu. Overall experience, there is room for improvement on taste and menu. Soup and dish is cold.

Nice hotel with diversify facility. Pool and sauna in the suites, bathroom with bathtub. Overall good, kids love it very much! Guard help me to open road when heavy congested.

Friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyable stay. Just minor incident, probably due to SOP being changed. Bfast counter asks for voucher but we were told by check in desk to just mention our room number.

Overall hotel building, structure, design are look like a normal condo. Luckily the room design, deco, feelings are superb! I will give a 4.5 star to the room, but a 3 star to the exterior design. Room is nice, but seems lack of mirror, should add in a big tall mirror. Room design is really nice however the contractor work is considered a bit on poor side. I pity the hotel management must hv disappointed with their contractor handwork. Compare to Port Dickson Lexis Hibiscus, this is much poorer. Buffet breakfast seems quite some variety however, no enough staff to cope with the demands, ends up many dishes empty, no replenishment, egg station too long queue due to the chef cooked too slow.
Another good comment will be the kids zone and table games zone. Comfortable and interesting.

5-Star price but surrounding is 2-Star setting. Can improve if staff are motivated to be pro-active instead of busy chatting and playing hand phone at reception. Can see some wear & tear to decors and there was an uncleaned table dripping water or liquid at the lobby display. Lobby newspaper stand was not working well. Just need maintenance dept to attend to it with a simple DIY fix-it. These small little things doesn't live up to expectation. And the access road at the rear was very noisy when cars roll over the metal covers alone the road. Just place some cut-out used rubber tires to sandwich between the metal covers will solve the noisy problem. Management need to improve.

In fridge have snacks. Parking hard at ground. Drive jacked hilux with centipede wheels cerebral palsy want to park upstairs.

Nice big fancy rooms but very poor and slow service.

Peaceful getaway out from busy city with beautiful seaview. The comfy room and hotel facilities all are great enough for short escape. You can also choose to go out town area to enjoy yummy penang foodies.

Best price — quality choice in Penang! The room is so spacious, comfortable and tidy. There's also a small private pool outside the room. And the most important thing is that the price is very low comparing to its quality. The only pity is that it takes 30 minutes from the city center.

Though it's out of town, this hotel provides a whole new experience to define beach resort hotel. At the GF, you can have access to the beach, they even have the beach chairs ready on the grassy land, with strong Wifi connection. Room is spacious, with a nice and comfortable bed. Attached on the wall is a large smart TV which can tell the Penang airport flight info! Apart from private pool, each room is equipped with a steam room, luxurious bathroom and nice and practical wardrobe. The balcony oversees hills and sea, spectacular. Staffs are very friendly, and all of them can speak English fluently. Just a suggestion though, it'd be great to install rubber parking blocks on the parking spaces for safety purposes.

Bit out of town, but near the airport, kids will enjoy seeing airplanes. P/s: We have buffet dinner at beach side, got some flies and the management should consider provide some kind of cover.

Discusting! not only did they not care when my husband felt really ill, my husband and I had to drag our 2 young kids out of the hotel at 4:30am to walk to the "klinic" to get checked out, because they cant get us a taxi! so pathetic. not to mention the ants in the bedroom, toilet and entry, even though the pool was the only good thing there were bugs in there. If your looking at coming to penang dont book here, do ur pocket a favour.

Interesting Hotel. Worth to visit. The rooms are huge. There is a pool in the balcony! Amazing view. The hotel is new but unfortunately the finishing of the hotel is not good. You will see what I mean in the small details. More furniture and some carpets are also needed. The lobby looks naked! But for the price definitely worth a visit.

There is an indoor pool although a bit small, but suitable for family play! Only 1.2M), on the 8th floor there is a large swimming pool, gym, SPA! The room is also very comfortable.
