The hotel staff are very hospitable. The delicious food served at the AC kitchen has lots of variety, truly embodying the phrase "melting pot of cultures" in their cuisine.

— Late Check In — Poor Wi-Fi — Laundry management got discrepency on charges which is their staff are not able to inform us regarding the actual charges of each clothes. The staff only call us to inform about the charges after washes all the clothes.

The worst customer service, Checking in was lousy, delayed. Gueat service Hugo Lim has zero customer service, wasn't helpful and was rude. Packed breakfast so cheap and lousy as well. Room was smelly and and dusty. Overall, a lousy experience. Thank god, we only stayed for one night. Never to come here again!

A wonderful place to be and a wonderful experience but it's very Expensive Hotel. Amazing Interior is very good peaceful spacious rooms luxurious feeling. The food was fine, not high on spices. Went there for a Summit and the hospitality was found to be good. Only a very small misbehaving of an electrical equipment and the creak of the door was found to be unpleasant. All the staff and facility was very good behavior lifts was too late coming.

Rooms are decent and well maintained. Food for breakfast can be improved with more varieties. They seem to serve the same thing daily. Services are good too.

It's a good location to get around decent rooms. But left lot to be desired by customer service. They missed cleaning room couple days, and they almost lost my laundry clothes right before I could fly out. They did come through after repeated follow ups. Its definitely a good place to stay for a day or 2 not more than that.

Room wasn't really sound proof to begin with. I could hear cars and motors passing by after midnight on the 8th floor. The best parts were the comfy bed and nice shower pressure. The breakfast is lousy, they served the same dim sum (hopefully not recycled) that I had the night before at their event hall for a wedding event (like, couldn't they avoid serving the same dim sum for a few days — at least until the guests that attended the wedding have all gone? To see it being served the day after is just lazy and gross) The staff also seem to be short handed — at the wedding dinner and the breakfast lounge too! The staff who went around to fill the cups with juice/water have to manage serving as well. 1 advice to the hotel; put your cups and saucers for tea/coffee at the beverage section so your busy waiters can focus on wiping/clearing the tables at breakfast hours. Food was above average at the wedding dinner — which is a good surprise though. To rate itself as a 4 stars hotel is a joke.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. I like the concept of having rooms like mini apartment with hall, study rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, dinning table and a balcony. Just give you the feeling of being home. Not forgetting their buffet breakfast, I just love it a lot. They had wide range of food and the taste was delicious as well. If you wish to experience the feeling of being home with family should really try out this place. Highly recommend. Also is convenient because the airport is nearby.

Stayed few nights (4). Got sahur, start at 430. Got some choices, sufficient as my breakfast is inclusive. Room satisfactory. Haven't check other facilities.

Great Rooms, Service is a bit slow but over all an amazing place.

Hotel is near quiet housing area with a few local food options. hotel lobby is simple, with a small area for drinks, snacks & chats medium size breakfast area is viewable from the lobby room with king size bed is quite big, simple bathroom & full amenities quiet surroundings to enable relaxing time for business travelers.

Friendly staff, great location nice environment. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Just few hundred meters from original Kayu Nasi Kandar. Room was nice with hill view bit a bit smelly and not properly cleaned/ vacuumed. Ventilation are not strong enough to remove odour from smoking (smoking room). Cutlery were found on the floor of the service entrance. Can be better than this. Anyway great experience here.

The packing is per enter RM3, require pay at reception. Once pay they will give you 1 access card, put the card at the sensor once door open drop the card into box. The buffet quit delicious.

Vistana's showers are second to none. Breakfast caters to the Malay man's taste buds only. Not for Anglophiles surely. You might feel like you are in a Kampung. Breakfast Table preparation for the next guest is a little slack though.

Great facilities, clean room (except for slight smell in mine), and decent breakfast. Fairly near the airport and has a convenience store nearby if you need anything quickly. There's a nasi kandar and a food court a few minutes walk away too.

Clean and cheap, the grocery store is 3 minutes walk from the restaurant, as well as the famous Indian snacks (Night market). The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city and the airport.

No Room Service. Bell Boy late to pick up laugage. Hotel restaurant not operate at nite. Poor room. Suite wing are far from lobby and neec to chage a lift to get there.

I have come here for work. The location is convenient very near to the airport. The place is cozy and facilities is good.

Old hotel, but cheap ~ Fang is clean! The breakfast was streamlined, the distance from downtown to the airport was compromised, and the city travellers were still considering the Georgetown District's best restaurants.

Attended few company training here. The location, environment and parking is good. The lunch buffet was also good.

Visitors were not fairly treated. The management must ensure that the types and the quantity of food be the same if the visitors are to be divided in two separate areas for breakfast. Secondly, the management must attend and listen to the concern/issue brought up by the visitors soonest to avoid dissatisfaction.

I have been staying here many times in fact almost every year since this hotel is located very near to penang international airport plus very easy to get my dinner and shop at restaurant and shops nearby. It is located walking distance to Bukit Jambul shopping complex where it houses a very big Mydin where I can shop and windowshop comfortably.

Stay at room 2457… very noisy due to hotel chiller sound. Kitchen sealed but in the advertisement have kitchen. Difficult to wash plate due to sink only have in the toilet. Car park at basement no lift to lobby. Need to transit 2 lift from lobby to room. Not recommended who have baby to stay here.

Wedding experience was awesome. Everything went well with them, very organiser, friendly staff dealing with me, many things were covered in the package, food was alright overall (not perfect but passed), great ambience, clean washrooms. It was a memorable evening for me.

Clean suite, clean room, good TV reception, friendly frontdesk. Spacious suite, the only reason I gave 4, is because the swimming pool close at 7 pm.

Attend training here. The facilities and meal provided is good. The downside is meal provided is always cold and not hot enough.

Its a grand hotel by forst glance. I went here once for a seminar. But unlucky the food was too salty. And the waiter assigned for the section was young and rude. Free parking though for visitors.

Very nice hotel, friendly service. Nice plus is free shuttle service. Only downside is the pool. Not much chairs and a lot of children playing which doesn't make it a relaxing place to be.

Location is not hard to find. The lobby looks clean and the concierge staff was attentive — was talking half way but alert enough to open the door when I walked past. The meeting hall was clean and chairs were comfy. Environment was conducive for a meeting.

Spent a few nights here. Housekeeping is bad. Complained about some damages in the room, but wasn't entertained. Rooms need to be upgraded/refurbished. Breakfast was average. Will not return.

Room are comfortable, neat and clean. Well maintained hotel. Friendly receptionist. Breakfasts are delicious. Near to Bukit Jambul Complex, USM and Queensbay Mall. Recommended hotel.

Cheap rates for decent rooms, I recommend families of four to get the suite with two bedrooms. The space you get is more than enough for four adults. Was genuinely satisfied with the cleanliness and overall services.
