This hotel needs major refurbishment as most of facilities not well maintained. TV out of color and toilet look so old. Anyway, the bed is okay and there is a mini bar. The pool look nice but you got to pay for it. I didn't use it as I just stay for one night. For a family room that I stayed it's relatively cheap. And it is within walking distance to beautiful mosque Masjid Al-Azim.

A budget hotel, very near to IPGK PMM.

Comfortable and suitable for family with kids. Breakfast pelbagai dan sedap. Friendly staff and pool yang besar.

Comfortable, reasonable and near with stalls of various local foods… nice and clean pool. My kids were enjoyed staying here. Would come again and recommended to my friends. Great hospitality and nice staff especially the receptionist.

Near cowboy hotel got food store at night. Can try our malaysia mamak food. Best!

The toilet seat is dirty, and it smells terrible. The door knob is also not working. The Wi-Fi got disconnected several times and we had to go back and forth to the lobby to get new password. The fridge is also not working properly. The pool is open to public which means it got crowded.

Everything okey except room service where we need to wait 4 hours for our towel. And the Chinese Receptionist was very rude. For that, 2 star is gone.

Suitable place to hangout but doesnt hv much choice in term of foods and goods variety.

Nak check in beratur panjang gile… 30 min tggu, mybe staff baru kot… dh dpt kunci bilik plk blm siap kemas. 4.30pm baru blh check in… Reserve melalui traveloka dh tick Double Bed (King Size) tp bila check in dpt 2 single bed. Anyway, bilik besar dan selesa… Sy pilih Dagama Suite. Hope management can solve the check in issue, I read someone else review the same. Overall was good and worth the value. Ada nampak mummy happy?

Cleanliness is ok. Room is not excellent, but acceptable for families. This is not a romantic place. Sounds do appear from the renovation that is taking place at the establishment even at night (midnight to be exact, for about 5 minutes). Breakfast doesn't offer different types of food, the taste is just average. The pool is suitable for kids. And yes, you'll share the pool with some of the kids that have their swimming lessons here. Overall, just an average place.

In average overall is ok. However, on the pic item look everything is new but when comes to the real once it not new as the pic.

Maybe if it is complete there could be noise from neighbors. Because we could hear the room from a side easily. (Baby crying).

But very competent, welcoming staff. Spacious and functional room.

Super good experience visit this place n the staff Nadiya is very friendly and helpful when we check in. Will visit again on next holiday trip.

Cheap and convenience for food.

Room ok spacious. A bit aging. Stayed 2 times in cowboy. First time the room TV not working even the after being attended by helpful facilities team. On ramadhan 2015 stayed a night. Howevr the sahur buffet was not well prepared for guest… food not topup even after many guest came in… no staff check the food quantity. Some gust upset coz had to fast without proper sahur…

Good room but poor Wi-Fi.
