Strategic n good place to stay. Clean room n beautiful room decor.

Not good, aircon condition like budget hotel, after that no power supply at room. Aslo didn't solve the problem.

Up to this moment, one hour the electricity was off, we were after long trip and we couldn’t sleep, no serious action was taken. People were sleeping in the lobby like refugees!

The best accommodation, the tasty food of a clean environment and a place full of traditional chinese traditional and classic chess concepts are very interesting. Maintaining a distinctive culture suitable for the whole family.

2nd time trying this hotel. 1st time was ok, not fantastic but adequate for the price. However, this time round when I need them to help resolve some issue with my booking made through Agoda, I get no response at all despite writing to them many times, via many different platforms. My stay is in 2 days time, I've written to you guys since more than a week ago but up till now, I've gotten no response at all.
So a warning to all intending to book this hotel, this is the kind of customer service you will get should you face any issues before, during or after your stay so if you booked, just pray that everything goes well. This will be the last time I will book this hotel, there are plenty of other choices in Melaka in the same price range that provides much better service.

I have stayed here twice, lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast is plentyfull. Good location.

Quality level has been dropping since… Lack of bathroom amenities, sometimes no hand towel given. Breakfast items also reduce since then…

Located in a central place with easy access malls and food. Just a 15 mins out from Jonker walk. Rooms are big and spacious, comfortable stay. Only thing is the entrance is not very obvious. Had a little difficulty locating initially but all good in the end.

Went to the Nyonya restaurant at this hotel for lunch yesterday for a colleague's retirement. The food was ok but it was too hot at the restaurant. Was told the air conditioning was down recently. They had 3 stand fans but a few of us were unlucky to sit at the place without a fan. They should have put in more fans as they were aware we would be there. Mind you — we were not walk-in guests. We booked the venue a few weeks ago.

After so many years, we decided to try the high tea buffet. The outcome can be summed up in 1 word — disappointing! The food quality is not what you'll expect from a hotel like this. Tasteless, not fresh, cold dishes. Definitely will not come here again. * to be fair, this review is for their Makan Nyonya restaurant only.

Enjoyed the Nyonya Steamboat Dinner Buffet at $38 Ringgit Nett during weekend. Highly recommended as eat until you full.

This is a very nice budget hotel. It is closer to a large mall. About a fifteen min walk from jonker street. Personally I wish I had stayed right near jonker street, but otherwise this was quite a pleasant stay.

Stay 3 nights for family vacation. Excellence experience. Nice and clean hotel. Near mall and easy for access, few indian hawker restaurant around, open for 24hours. Thanks.

Check in was fast. Room is small but enough space to move around. The bed very comfortable and large. We had 2 nights which we slept very well. Jonker Street is about 10 minutes walk away. Excellent location with good restaurants nearby. We requested for late checkout at 1.30pm on a Monday and the reception readily agreed. It is also so convenient to take the coach back to Singapore as the hotel entrance is where the buses are parked. Staff generally friendly and cheerful.

Love staying here for the safe, clean, modest, and low budget price. It serves Hallal food and they taste great. It is located in the heart of the city itself so walking down Melaka is easy.

We just had a 3D2N stay at the Estadia. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. Arif the manager was especially kind and so was the concierge uncle. Breakfast spread was reasonable. Overall we had a great time. Definitely will go back anf stay there again.

We drove and parking was a breeze.
Parking was Complimentary with ample lots and good security. Front line staff was friendly and helpful. Room decor and ambient was very warm and cosy. Very near many shopping and eatries. However, would have hoped for a wider choice of food at breakfast. (wonder if it was because it was the fasting month for muslims) Overall, experience was good and will definitely stay again at Estadia.

Rooms are very clean & beautiful. Very unique designs. Customer service & workers are friendly & helpful. only one minus point which can lead to a bad experience is, Morning breakfast. yes quite disappointed as we went during CNY, it was crowded. Food served is very less, not much choices, no taste. Very limited amount, no place to sit & worst case is, we have to stand in a long queue to get a place for breakfast. unless otherwise okay.

I have come and stay in this hotel so many times. Each time I get really good experience. This place is super clean and breakfast is excellent. You will be spoiled with choices. Additionally it is located very central! Love love love!

Luxury in reasonable price… fully accommodation… car park no need to worry. The best is everything I mean every great location is by walking distance.

Generally the hotel is worth the price. They should improve on the cleanliness and the retention fee for a mobile device place in the room, which we do not even use.

It is worth to stay at Estadia Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. But some of the food on breakfast buffet will not be replenished after finished. It is also convenient to go shopping, you can walk to the nearby shopping centre, the hotel has shuttle bus service to Jonker Walk also.

However, this room suffer from the effects of the morning sun. Nothing that a 100% sun-out curtain can do to keep the heat and bright light out. You can see the nice sea view and a nice evening view. Back here again after 3 months.

Booked 2 suites with a total of with 4 bedrooms for 2 nights. Indicated that we will be arriving at 12pm upon booking. Understand that room will only be ready at 3pm. However, they just gave us the keys to the room now. At 4.30pm. We wasted half a day waiting. There was no service recovery done. No apologies given. Never going to recommend this place.

Nice place. Authentic & Heritage design. Delicious food & beverage. Just steps away to Mahkota Medical Centre & shopping mall. Many connecting ways to many place nearby.

Front office wants my identity card to scan. I ask what is the information used for? Cant answer. I am suspicious indeed. Been to this hotel a few times already. I think they should already have my information in their guest records. Room has a broken security clasp. Cracked sink. Nice big TV but twitchy snowy graphics. I booked on agoda.

Worth every penny you spend. It's one of the best hotel I ever been in this price range. Also there is a bike rental for free so, you can use a bike to explore place nearby which in my opinion it can save you a lot. Because in Melaka, public transportation need to be improve it seem like if you wanna go somewhere taxi is only choice. Also near the hotel there is a mall and convenient store.

Very nice room, although its small at a reasonable price. No musty smell and well sized bathroom which I like very much. Not as convenient as Hatten Hotel but still acceptable, just enjoy a short walk over to the shopping centres. Near to Jonker Walk too. Definitely will stay again.

We stayed overnight at Estadia hotel in a deluxe suite. The room was big, clean and comfortable. However, there's no bathtub. The location was very good, beside the shopping area of Malacca and next to H&M. Conveniently located for shopping and eating in Malacca.

Nice hotel for a weekend getaway. Not sure if they have usual amenities like gym or pool but breakfast was good.

I stayed there two nights. I got a room in sixth floor. The room is quite ok and well furnished. I like the city and sea view. However, the room is very noisy. People keep talking on the corridors during day time and I can hear everything. My neighbors keep talking over phone until midnight and it seems they are talking from my room. If they watch TV all the noise and voice could be hear from my room. It was really hard for me to sleep. The hotel management should give attention on this matter and put soundproof wall. The price I paid was not cheap compare to other neighboring hotels.

Pretty nice hotel. No pool but there's a gym. Hotel front opens to the back of a row of shophouses, for a better view go to 3rd floor reception. Rooms are comfortable but certain fittings in bathroom need maintenance.

This hotel is small but clean and cozy. There is a fitness room on the 4th level and is great for guests who wish to burn some calories. It is close by to the shopping malls and about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Jonker Street. I will not recommend guests to take the sister hotel's shuttle bus from Hatten Hotel (just next to Estadia Hotel) to Jonker Street as I took it the last visit and ended with over an hour ride there. The breakfast buffet has quite a reasonable spread of items. However as for the seating arrangement, it is better for at least one of the guests to be seated on the table and wait for the rest to get their food as the hotel's sign cardboard 'this table is taken' is so tiny. I had an unpleasant experience on Sunday morning (2/7) when a man just simply ignored it and put his food on my reserved table. Worst still! The waiter did not hear me out and thought I was the one who tried to 'snatch' the reserved table from that man and simply asked me to sit on another table. I felt embarrassed because other guests were staring at me!
Also the other set back is that the hotel staff refused to issue more than one door access card even though I asked for it. It is rather inconvenient as my friend and I may return to the room at different timing. In the end, we have to wait for each other at the lobby as we only have one door access card!
Otherwise, everything else in the hotel is great on this trip (1 July to 3 July).

Good Hotel with reasonable price and great location, same as Hatten, and it's on the same management, but it is more cheaper and near the melaka street with a lot of food courts or kopi tiam.

Service is excellent and staff are very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the hotel restaurant is expensive and the food average at best.

Peranakan buffet is good! Decent food taste, surprising fusion delicacy. RM58++/pax.

Worth with price. Walking distance to shopping mall and visit places. The food was superb.

Its a nice clean n cosy hotel with excellent staff. All staff are excellent PRS and displayed very professional approach n care towards all clients. Only shortcoming… showers have no curtains or screens hence whole toilet very wet after bath. Floor not antislip tiles prone to falls.
Car park for handicaps n wheelchairs drivers is too far from reception. There is too long a distance to walk. Suggest reserve some parking lots at ground floor for us.

Very good business hotel, the rooms although not large, but comfortable. Bathroom good（a large amount of water, good drainage, no leaking, but the toilet area is too small. Breakfast in the local diet based, eat not used to it nothing to eat, but can eat it. Evening from the hotel on foot in 5 minutes there is a very good seafood restaurants, Thai restaurants, is basically a nearby business the best, every day fully booked.

Nice peranakan cuisine and my hotel room was clean and tidy. I love the sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf must come back and have it again.

Places are goods, staff are friendly and I enjoying the stay. Room are quite clean needs more detail improvement but overall is good, prices are reasonable, foods are great its a 4 star hotel services with affordable rate.

Also nice hotel, the Breakfast buffet is also good, surrounded by many large shopping malls, from Malacca attractions is also very near, price reasonable.
