Nice place. View sg melaka.

Great Location but needs an upgrade. Rooms are tired, breakfast needs to improve.

Room was clean, got the river view as we wish to shoot river cruise light trail (a dissapointment because most of the boat don't have lighting to shoot at, not the hotel's fault though), food was ok not great.

The location right on the river bank is ideal. In the old heart of town. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped (refrigerator, safe box, water boiler and complimentary drinking water). Breakfast buffet (included) was satisfactory with enough choice and fresh fruit and an egg station. Staff is very helpful and efficient, but is sometimes short on answers. No electric outlet adapters available. Wifi can be weak in the room. Check-in was quick. We liked it so well that we stayed 3 nights.

Had a good time. Even our room 608 was not clean at 3pm we told them nicely we would go out for lunch and come back. We came back an hour later and they had change our room to 606. They were very polite both the front office and housekeeping. Prior to our stay I was worried about the comments, but if you know how to talk politely they will also treat you good. Overall it was a good trip for both of us. Again go and stay for yourself don't read to much of the negative comments. It is so near to all the attractions and food. I love the number of t. V. Channels they had not like some for the price you pay. Thank you wana.

The view is really nice, boats rowing beside the river and you can see the ship muzium building from here. Good rate for weekend, staffs are polite. However the interior looks a bit 80's style with CRT TV, not LCD screen and outdated furnishing. Overall satisfied and you get what you pay for.

Strstegic location. Just go out of the hotel & walk along the river to jonker street, stadhuys, melaka river cruise station and other attractions.

I stay on 6th floor. Air cond not cool and can't adjust rhe tempreture. Doorway carpet very smelly. View by hotel window very nice. You can see city and Melaka river.

Check in @ 11.00 pm. Our room is 623. At first aircond is good… but around 4.00 am… I feel warm… try to adjust something at the wall… its not working. Few times wake up… the power point only 2… 1 is near the toilet door and a bit high. Have to push the side table if want to use… I request an iron but the reception said "go to room 512"… next morning I went there… Ironing room. But … very sad … all the boards actually supposed to throw… and the iron also suppose to change… Breakfast is ok… limited choice… Other than that… just ok…

I like the location of this hotel. In the middle of malacca town. I like the room size & the window view. The bed is cozy n clean. The room deco is outdated but it's fine for me. The breakfast food is good. I like it. But please find new tv. Flat screen please. Lol. Overall is a good place.

Friendly and polite stuff. However, place is really outdated, more to 80's styling. Hot water takes more than 15 minutes to heat up.

Very disappointed with servis. Not recommended. Bedsheet is very dirty. Blood stain is on it! When I report to the front desk. They not even apologise. We have to spend the night cold without any blanket just to cover the stain. Toilet also leaking.

Stupid 45 minutes just to check in! 45 minutes in line…! Ridiculous… I think if I was attended by that sloth in zootopia, I would had been in my room sleeping by now.

Makan like others hotel la and especially Wi-Fi can use both at lobby and room.

This place looks spacious and luxurious. The room is big. But it took me 30 mins to check in because the worker is newbie I guess, lack of exp. Food here is OK. You can only check in at 3pm above and check out before 12pm. So unreasonable. A normal hotel would always be able to check in at 2pm. Why 3?

Booking 2 week ago & already make payment but when the day want check in 3pm said no room need & need wait till 5pm. Some need long queue for those already make payment online with the one not yet booking. So what's is the point booking advance & make payment still cannot get room on real time. Management please do something.

Very poor service. No hot water. Aicond note cool enough… I suggest do not come again here…

The staff are friendly buy they don't speak good English which was abit of a problem.

Never ever stay in this Hotel if you having holiday or overnight at Melaka! This hotel having "kutu" problem with the bed and the hotel Aircond is never cold even it have been on for 5 hour. I had to check out in the middle of 3am in the morning because our body had been bitten!

Best place, next river. Every night got music show, by water.

I can see the nice scenery from the room. This is a nice place. Thumb uppp. ♡

The receiptionist is helpful, value for money, the room were ok — it's clean and more important the toilet is in good condition, walking distance to the jonker walk, they have extremely dance fountain — it is fun to watch it, and they have basement parking lot — so you dont have to worry about your car.

Terrible service and attitude. Receptionist is… put it nicely, unhelpful. Hotel seem unable to cope with the check-in process, and there were many families stranded at the lobby, waiting to be given their rooms. We only got our room after an hour delay. This was after we went to the receptionist to ask twice, and after we asked to speak to the hotel manager (who couldn't be found). Beds and pillows are comfortable, though there were small black stains on the bed sheets. Door lock seems to be in the midst of upgrading to those scanning type, but currently has to be unlocked with a key. Has to squat/bend to unlock due to the weird design of the lock/key. In summary? If you are short on time, avoid! Definitely can find a better accommodation at a better location at the same, or cheaper price.

Thay have great fountain. i saw water show around 22:30.

Value for money. Walking distance to bazaar ramadhan @ jln hang tuah in fasting month. And plenty of food places too.

The hotel receptionist are quite friendly and willing to help. Wasn't satisfied with the room service, I found a cigarette bud on the soap tray that is probably left by the previous occupant or the room maker. I've got a few friends who has problems in their rooms. One of my friend has water leaking from the toilet roof, while my room's toilet bowl seat and the stool in the room is spoiled. Not much facilities in the hotel. The hotel is pretty near Jonker Street, just 10mins walk away. I would actually rate the hotel 2/5 Stars instead of 3.

Nice place to stay. Strategic location and clean hotel. Will come again for sure.
