I’m regular customer of this hotel. But very disappointed with the reception service as this time I booked the room by Agoda and not allowed to check in. The reception service people told me to go to the hotel behind them, MK Paradise Hotel. So if can, I request for refund from hotel but not check in and Agoda still will pay to the hotel and they refuse to do so and tell me to call or write to Agoda, so that they can get this money without losing any cost. The reception service told me that she just makan gaji only, others she won’t bother and you should settle yourself. I think there should be no chance to visit this hotel again in future and not recommend to others as well. If you would like to consider this hotel, please think twice. Thanks. Moreover, I would like to tell that there are 2 policies in your hotel which I need to show MySejahtera (as compulsory) and I have do so while other customer only stated verbally that fully vaccinated. I also would like to congratulate that your hotel has employ good reception service which follow rules/policies very good but not serve customer well. And finally, remember hotel has swallow the room money silently although they stated offer refund but didn’t implemented it. They are using policy or SOP to make things difficult for their customer, so that can get the money without losing any cost. The hotel manager also told me that she get very low paid only (RM2000 monthly), so she won’t bare any responsibility and they won’t care even losing customer. I’m sharing this true story behind regarding this hotel, so that you won’t be the next victim in future. Take care.
