This hotel located near the road. Easy to find and have good service's! I was there as JEIWA volunteer for two days during WISE programs.

Room is spacious (suitable for family) but old furniture. Children might love the swimming pool. Gym is quite small. Hotel location is easy to access.

Good location. Great view.

Bilik ok. Swimming pool bagus, ada gelongsor.

Studio suite is nice, clean and spacious. Pool area is decent and suitable for families.

Cosy and comfortable stay. Easy Wi-Fi access.

Food at par. Rooms are moderate as the furniture is not so up to date. Location easy to access from JB town.

Entrance to parking is quite disorganised. The ramp downwards into the parking area is too steep and curb is not easily seen. Probably can install those plastic post to guide entrance. Food choices at myra cafe is limited but the ground coffee is strong and good. Aircon at the meeting room 2 is not strong enough to cater to a group of 40 pax.

Seram gile. Enviroment not so good for baby. Rooms just 50-50. Not so comfortable. Cafe not so bad.

Decent hotel, nearby to main attraction which is JBCC, expect a calm environment with friendly workers.

Old building but still they delivered a professional service. Breakfast is good. Accommodation is okay.

Their rooms are very spacious with kitchen cabinet, medium size fridge and bath tub. The pool is huge with adult and kid section as well as two big slides. Surprisingly nice.

Most of my department course and meeting held here… some facts about this place On the border of The Straits of Johor, this colorful hotel is 3 km from the Sultan Abu Bakar State Mosque, 5 km from the busy, 1-way traffic of Jalan Wong Ah Fook, and 8 km from the Johor-Singapore Causeway. Straightforward suites and 2 — to 3-bedroom apartments come with flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi access (fee) and kitchenettes, as well as sitting and dining areas. Upgraded units feature contemporary furnishings. A free breakfast buffet is provided. There are 2 restaurants; 1 serves Italian cuisine. Other amenities include a gym, a karaoke room, and a pool with a water slide.

The rooms were alright for a 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool has two waterslides which were not expected for a 3 star hotel. Ballrooms were large and aesthically appealing.

This is my first stay at this hotel… I booked for 1 bedroom suite and the room is very big but most of the furniture inside is quite old and hair dryer and some of the power point are not in good condition. However the check in process is very fast and the staffs are very helpful. Food ok.

Love the kids swimming pool. Great short escape for me and my family after long weeks working.

Small water pressure. Nice spot with town center. But not recommended for those need perfection place.

Wonderful staff and nice pool. The restaurant is quite pricy what you get, but I have found must hotel restaurants in Malaysia like this. The room was very spacious and clean and even had a set bar area that used to be a kitchen. Overall a pleasant experience.

Nice 3-star hotel. Although, the car entrance and parking space are a bit too tight.

The place is spacious. But got no getah paip in the toilet.

Good location within JB city, near to my favourite stalls. Rooms a bit tired, but large for my family of three.

Large swimming pool for kids with slide. Spacious room. Bathroom with tub. Nice breakfast & friendly staff… my kids really having fun staying here.

Got nothing here and better for you to bring your own car so that you can strolling around jb.

The first time we went and it was great you could get a beer by the pool and the room was great but since then management has changed and it is now halal, which means no alcohol no pork. The pool closes at 7 which is way to early. The hotel is poorly maintained and not like the photos at all. The staff friendly and the one saving grace was the restaurant which had great cheap food. Overall I was a disappointed.

Before I make a booking, I did read about some review. Some guess said this is not a good hotel to stay. But I personally think this is a a worth for money hotel. Here are some point: 1) Old hotel? yes it is. But it is still a good old hotel. Good facility. Comfy bed. Cozy and spacious room. 2) Pool — EXCELLENT — if you have young kid they will love the pool! it have water slide! 3) Gym — yup they have gym, it is free for room guess! 4) No waterpipe near Toilet bowl. Not muslim friendly 5) No kiblat sign — not muslim friendly 6) breakfast — ok la. Can be better 7) parking — I dont know why some guest need to pay for it. But I park for FREE here Will I come again? YES YES YES.

Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Service is decent, and they accommodated my request for a late check-out almost immediately. Location is a little out of the way though.

Near to places of interest in Johor Bahru city such as Danga Bay, Johor Crown Square and CIQ.

Rooms a little dated but nice pool, warm Italian restaurant and nice staff.

Old hotel. Lobby aircon but not to the rooms etc. No free Wi-Fi.

Great facilities, only drawback is its distance from everything and the difficulty in hailing cabs. Otherwise I had a good time here.

The hostel is very nice and polite and always willing to help others. It is extremely tidy and comfortable for big or small family. We are here 3 nights for hanimone purpose. The stuffs are become very professional, punctual and helpful. They are provided a high quality service and you have surprised with their service. I am pleased with their service and use their hotel again when make a tour in Malaysia. Highly recommended to all.

I can only recommend this hotel. Very nice and spacious room with balcony, very nice bathroom, excellent food, very good service. This Hotel is Home away from Home. My husband and myself can recommend the Holiday experience.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past year and each time has been amazing. The hostess are very nice and polite and always willing to help when needed. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very well made. I will continue going to this hotel whenever I am in town!

I absolutely enjoy staying here. I've stayed in numerous 5 stars hotel in JB but M Suites seems to be my number one choice now despite being a 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious, even for a studio suite. My only comment is the bathroom: Tiles and fitting seems a bit outdated, but was quite clean. I can see improvements in terms of amenities and staff performance every time I return. Excellent job by the management!

The 2 stars I've given attributes to the spacious and comfy room. Superb in that sense. However, when it comes to the 'buffet' breakfast (It was around 8.45am), it was like in a hunger games movie. Most of the food were gone and not replenished for a long time. Poor lady at the egg station was serving a long queue of customer, could have more staff helping her since eggs are a favorite. Recommend for the room stay, but a miss if u think u r gonna get a awesome breakfast.

Suits for big family. The room was spacious with mini kitchen cabinet.

Poor maintenance, old smelly room, slow hot water pressure, avoid 606, 607.

Im sorry. This hotel is 4 stars?. If I wanted to be treated like this. I would have rather sleep at exwifes house. Bonus free Wi-Fi for you guys Username : msuites Password : msh2013 Everycard you bought will have the same username and password. So dont be foold.

We really enjoyed this place. Our kids didn't want to go back home because they liked it. We were happy to write a good review except for one major shock. When we received our bill we saw we were charged for the room cleaning each time. One of those times they cleaned the room without our permission. The cost for one cleaning was over half of what we paid for 5 days 4 nights. Word of caution, don't get the room cleaned. They do a great job cleaning it, but not worth the cost.

The hotel is sucks. Any single additional item as simple as towel are chargerble. Its not about money but the way they treat the guest being so stingy.

Worst hotel ever. Just 2 days stay and 3 times blackout. And still blackout. Almost 30 minutes. Cant fix it.
