Nice location in tha heart of KL.

Great place with suitable price for tourists. All rooms are clean and have city views. The service staffs are good and friendly. Beside the available room furnitures, you can borrow some more if in need, such as a iron or a hair dryer. The hotel is not far from subway station, easy to travel around.

クアラルンプールの繁華街となるブギッビンタン近くのホテル。立地良し、値段良し、価格の割に設備良しとバランスが良い。 チェックイン時にRM200（狭いスタンダードルームはRM100) を預ける必要があるので現金は持っておこう。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルだが選べるほどメニューはない。値段を考えるとありだと感じるが、別に付けなくても後悔する内容ではない。

Nice location. Accessible from every where. Lot of eating options. Courteous staff. Neat and maintained rooms. Even complimentary Wi-Fi that works.

Cheap hotel with really nice and clean rooms. The staff is very kind and the location is perfect (6min walk to Jalan Alor food market). Lots of bars in the area too.

The worst hotel I've been. Horrible staff with arrogant attitude and always want to kick your mouth, refuse and decline all your questions. Room is too small and dirty, smell like 1000 years old rest room.

Room is too small and air conditioning is too lousy. But worst of all is the rude and impolite of hotel staff.

This hotel is such a creepy liar. Last year I stayed in standard single room with a fridge but this time is without. Asking reception but all he said this is Agoda responsibility, not hotel and depend on luck, customer could have fridge or not. Talking with manager is even worse, first she said the hotel is fully booked but then she told me if I want to have a fridge, I have to upgrade. She said last time I was upgraded to Superior single room but In fact I didn’t and they don’t have that type of room as well. Then I asked why don’t they put the sentence of “we have 2 kind of Standard single room — with or without fridge. ” on Agoda website but she hasn’t responded. After all, she said I get what I paid for but when I asked to repeat this sentence, she declined. Her name is Kelly. Totally recommend no one to stay in this hell hotel.

Clean, and well maintained facilities in a great location, just around the corner from the lively area of bars and eateries, but also with a UOB cashpoint within 100m up the road and a good coffee shop about the same, in the other direction. Young, but friendly and competent staff. The room is of a reasonable size for modern times, also wit international power sockets so no one needs an adapter.

Very conveniently located. Rooms are very clean though they are small. Wash room is very clean. Bed linen and towels are clean and towels are changed daily. Breakfast is really good though there's not much of a variety. The hotel itself doesn't provide lunch or dinner. But there are many restaurants around and even there is a restaurant that is open through out the night. So finding a meal is not a big problem. Staff is really friendly. Allowed early check-in and late checkout even without a payment.

First of all to start with it says 3star hotel and it's not.
The room as no aeration obviously they have Aircon but it's compulsion to have a window which slightly opens during emergency when needed. It has a window but locked!
Lot of Wi-Fi issues would and the reception doesn't know anything about it.
Any people from. West world travelling should newer stay here it's below standards and below dignity!
