I would like to thank Mr Kelvin Tan and all the hotel staffs for their efforts in my wedding reception. They went above and beyond when comes to coordination before the reception even helped rectify a last minute problem we ran into. It was a great experience overall.

Please alert your staffs to refill all the glasses on the guest's tables at all times.
1st time attended a wedding banquet seeing all empty glasses during hosts toasting on stage. Even we asked your staffs to refill multiple times, unfortunately, they didn't. This is unacceptable.

Great hotel. Room was spacious and have a sea view. All was well and they have free transfer to shopping mall and airport. Restaurant was comfortable and you should try their signature dish beef rendang with rice. One of the best we eaten. Breakfast was good with lots of spread. Pool was beautiful and most important sfatff very friendly. The swimming pool however is in between buildings so it's only hot in the afternoon. The rooms are great, unless there is a party a floor higher. The staff was very friendly and gave us another room. I will go back again next time.

I had a horrible experience with the management as a corporate clients. Dealing with hotel at KL centre (Seri Pacific, Royale, Pullman KLCC etc) more reliable, business and customer service oriented. Today, you may conquer the business, we never know tomorrow. Thank you for your 'kind hearted'.

Its so nice and clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. I also love some of the food they had serves.

Good hotel but expect loud noise from illegal street racing on weekend.

My extended family stayed at Pan
Borneo for 3 nights in late May 2018.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Could not fault anyone of them as all served with a bright smile. The Family Room that I stayed in was clean, comfortable and cozy. Could easily accommodate a family of four as it has two king size beds. It came with a wide buffet breakfast spread as well. … Highly recommended as it is really value for money.

Room service, gym, swimming pool, eating place is not bad but deal with some emergency things need more improve the skill and attitude.

Went to attend an event here. Great place & good staff. Looking foward to check in next time.

I only dined here once. 5 stars because the cost of food is really reasonable. Plus the swimming area is really nice to look at.

It's very, very noisy around the big road. It's very, very bad, and I can't stand to sleep, and it's a nightmare. Very noisy at the roadside reaction is useless, Very Very poor with this intolerabl E can not sleep to rest, and this is a nightmare.

Why the wrong hotel I see this good hotel.

This hotel for China is the most Samsung hotel, hotel location is very remote, there is no good to stroll around.

Very nice place. I love the room. Good service. Food is delicious but problem with me im don't eat a lot. Hahaha.

A week before the booking of the room are two beds, after check in it was a large bed, later said patch a small bed it is rotten to the pole of the thin-type spring beds, and two days of sleep quality is quite poor, on the sheets there are even ants…
After check-out and said the towels there is a shortage to lose money, but with our peers of his room towels are more than us two and the interpretation is not out of reason…
Please guide tour to face consultation is also unable to solve, just being is to A money.
Suggested people don't come to this!

This place is mostly lovely place. Nice view. Car park provided. Got pool. Also good food.

Hotel room condition is very good and comfortable to sleep. But the housekeeping didnt clean properly and didnt refill toiletteries. The food is good and full of varities too and one of the staff on duty very rude and yelling the tourist infront of me. The f&b team need to be trained well. They didnt helping customer at all, while the coffee dispenser is broken and I ask for coffee to ve sent, the staff just ignoring and ask me to wait and take the coffee from the broken dispenser. Need to line up outside restaurant long time to get table.

I got an invitation to a seminar that had been held at these hotel. I like the view and accomodation. Nice, comfortable and modern design too.

Food at Narada is super nice.

Everything is ok… staff… food… services… but the dessert part and the cake… a little bit TOO DRY (not moist) as I axpected.! Sorry… but I love the beef… very2 nice… oya… btw. The ice cream scoop and the bowl of water to dunkin the scoop… yaiikksss
Well… still be going there next time. Means there still be the 2nd time & more.

Wifi partly not working. Gym is very basic, very basic! (Free weight max was 12kg! ) treadmill and bikes bit old.

Comfy hotel near Kinarut and Lok Kawi. Swimming pool in the center of the Hotel. Ample parking space but hotel parking (on level 3) is quite confusing for first timer.

Checking in last nite, parking lot little but confusing to many turn in and out direction. Rooms accommodation comfortable only problems with the toilets utilities which is difficult for us muslims since they don't fix water hose for washing. Pool is fantastic (my kids did said…) … staffs courtesy average thou I got problems w my key cards access error… and they only serve 1 key cards… we have to request for extra cards for my husband convenience, in and off frm hotel (for seminar).

Parking is quite confusing but for free. Hotel is adequate, the hall is abit small and hard to find for first-time guest. At the centre of Putatan town, everything is nearby.

The hotel is clean, and many Chinese tourists stay at this hotel. The buffet is good, and the restaurant overlooks a swimming pool. There is also a gym at the hotel, but I think it needs serious upgrading. But I have only been to this hotel once last year. Maybe it has been upgraded. Public transportation in Sabah is so-so; I would not recommend the mini bus to tourists. However, one can take a taxi or Uber to the hotel. But if one drives a car, ample parking spaces is available at the shopping mall which is adjacent to the hotel. Park at Level 3. Fook Yuen Cafe has opened another branch near this hotel. Whether Fook Yuen is halal; I am not sure. I have been trying to locate the 'Halal' logo at this premise but still I failed. Although the shop spelled its name in Jawi, my eyes still fail to see the 'Halal' logo. As such, I don't eat there. The cafe looks nice tho. But fret not, there are many halal restaurants nearby such as Sinar Mustika, and a few mamak restaurants. There are also two 24/7 sundry shops nearby. Walk a bit further, one can experience the 'tamu' which is the weekly wet and dry market at Putatan, which is usually held on Sunday, though unofficially it starts on Saturday. You can buy local delicacies such as local pastries and savouries (tapai is my favourite which is fermented sweet rice, it is halal by the way), penjaram, cendol, and so many other food.

Great service, clean and recommended to stay for business occasion.

Had the buffet here and the service staff was awesome! Good service and friendly! Food? God was it lovely! Not to mention the view of the pool while dining! Such a marvelous experience that I would like to share!

Although I've never checked in this hotel yet, I'm impressed with what they have in this hotel. Luxurious layout in all their rooms, a restaunt over looking the swiming pool, and a monthly pass to their gym too.
