Regency Art Hotel Macau

The reviews about mold are either fake or the issue has been solved, because I didn’t smell or see such thing inside the room. Neither the reviews about cockroaches, my room was quite clean when I entered and still is. The room is quite vintage, every furniture and amenities are old but actually usable and well mantained. Plus, The room has a heating function, something rare in China.
My only complaint would be the bed, the mattress is hard, but when I talked to them about it they offered me more pillows and a thick bed topper to solve the problem and now it feels much better.
The staff is very friendly and attentive!
The location is great, there is a bus stop in front connecting you to most of Macau and you have some nice places closeby such as a small hill with hiking trails, a few lookouts, the Nova Mall and Taipa Central park.
Zam Zam restaurant’s middle eastern food is really good.
The Gym is old but has all you need to workout and the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room in the spa are amazing! I would definitely come back. It seems like the pool area is really good during summer, I could only enjoy the gardens for now.

Our overnight stay at this hotel was pleasant indeed, little far away from the tourist attractions but u can hire a taxi at ur convenience. The complimentary breakfast was little less ok for Indian taste buds. Rooms were comfortable cozy and neat. The walkway to the restaurant behind was superb.

From the outside, the hotel might look a little unassuming, but the reality couldn’t be more different once you step inside.
The rooms could use a bit of updating, but we didn’t mind the slightly vintage charm — especially with the excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The only downside was the limited number of working plug sockets.
The true highlight, however, was the resort area. The large outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers, a convenient towel service, and a spacious shaded area for relaxing. There’s also a poolside drinks service, which made the experience even better.
Another standout feature was the incredible wellness facilities — easily the most impressive I’ve seen. There were multiple power showers, a huge hot tub with jacuzzi jets, a spacious sauna, a steam room, a cold plunge pool, and a tranquil recovery room. Absolutely amazing.
The service throughout was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. We don’t think we’ll stay anywhere else in Macau from now on!
