We had heard muchabout soace and cost in Hongkong. But we were pleased to see a big room in Macau in Lisboeta. Room was with all 4 star facilities. Ours was comfortable stay for 2 nights in Dec, 24. Hotel has a big Mall, McDonald's but no vegetarian options and closes soon. Buffet Breakfast had not enough options for pure vegetarian except bread butter or fruits … although Hotel had 3 breakfast dinnings, but you yave to chiose one at a time and that too with limited options. So please expand veg options a bit, according to your status. Staff was helping and welcoming. Reception staff was a bit confusing due language issues.

I was a bit apprehensive when I booked this hotel as the reviews are not very good. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I had booked a suite and the room is really clean and spacious. Although it's a suite, the price was reasonable especially near New Year. Staff was helpful and check in was fast.
Now to the not so great things. The hotel is not linked to other major casinos. There is only 1 shuttle that takes you to MGM but the shuttle fills up at 8 people and runs only every 10 mins. Taxi queue can sometimes be a long wait especially during check out time. The shopping mall attached to it is too quiet and not many varieties of shops. Three choices for breakfast and we opted for the lobby one. Food was okay, not a great variety. Staff was helpful with drinks and requests.

I stayed a couple of nights at this hotel in December. I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay there. It's further from the other hotels and is quite far down the Cotai island of Macau. So I understand people may find it further from the busier hotels. However, taxis are reasonable and there's a shuttle from Lisboa Palace across the road to Grand Lisboa on the Taipa side. Hotel is also near Wynn Palace. Rooms are large and clean, l'occitain products in bathroom, tea and coffee with kettle in room. Safe and mini fridge. Nice lobby and friendly reception staff. We found it ideal for families. There's a small golf cart circuit, a small food court, some fast food restaurants, a European style cafe and a couple of Chinese restaurants plus a few shops. There's also a Line Hotel themed cafe as well as arcades and a soft play area. I definitely recommend for a family.
