Very good location but does not have elevator. Good muck if you are staying more than 2 nights wuth luggage.

Some of the rooms are not clean, toilet toilets seem to be collapsing. There are no elevators in the ceiling and bathtub. But there are old people who don't suggest.

There is no elevator, the first floor public area with washing machine, water dispenser, washing machine, room also has a bathtub, it is very happy, but only a hanger, a hanging clothes things are not, is not very strange? The bed is too hard!

The inn is great. The room and its amenities are just what we were looking for. Room service will make up the room daily and put new toiletries. The staff are pleasing, although most of them doesn't know how to speak english they will try their best to accomodate you. Location is conveniently close to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul, around 10 minute walk.

Reasonably priced but the doors are so thin that we could hear other guests that were talking inside their own rooms. Also, beds weren't great. Clean enough, but not super comfortable.

Good location. Walking distance from historic quarter. Wifi was bumpy. Bathroom just OK.

No elevator, bad noise, hair dryer, desk lamp.
The door of the guest room was broken and let us live.
The sensor lock is broken down to the counter.
Then I gave you the key, or I couldn't lock it.
The first night was not yet open, and the morning slept and found the door open.

Again, although the room was changed, but still dissatisfied.

Do not stay in this hotel. A new tower is being built directly opposite it and It is a long way off being completed. The building work starts at 7:30am until 6pm. It is very loud with constant banging and construction, forget any chance of a lay in bed. I think that maybe 50% of the rooms in this hotel are directly facing the construction or will be affected by the noise. There are also no lifts in the hotel so I had to carry 4 heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs (there are 5 flights of stairs in total if you're on the top level). Once in the room there is NO free water; so forget a nice drink once you've just carried your heavy bags up, because this hotel doesn't provide any. There is s kettle in the room and two mugs but NO coffee, milk or sugar. How can a hotel charging $500HK a night not provide free water and coffee? For what you get I think this hotel is way over priced and we were forced out of bed at 7:30am due to the noise. Lastly, there is also nowhere to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe, so you'll be living out of your suit case. Simply not good enough for the money.

I live on the second floor (forgot the door number) The air-conditioner has a plastic block blown out of the fall. The toilet is available but not fixed.

Good service and clean hotel, but no elevator.

Although the room is not spacious but it is clean and has the basic amenities such as kettle, hairdryer and tv. Love the bathroom as it is clean and modern.

Not recommended, although the price is reasonable, but the actual performance of hardware and software is still far less than the price they received.

Staff can communicate in English effectively. Clean, safe and walking distance from almost all tourist spots in Macau. Make sure you ask where the common pantry is…

First, five-step Gallery from the new road is very near, you can go to fountain, new Yaohan, are close to the bus station, where is very convenient. Nearby there is an OK convenience stores, you can eat Curry fish balls:) Room layout as shown in the figure, overall still very clean and new decoration. But it was closed. No Windows. Also there is no elevator. But little brother can help turn the box at the front desk sent up no problem. There are complimentary breakfast. Much like an upgraded version of hostel rooms.

It's good clean and value for money!
