Super fint hotel I centrum af Clervaux. Del af et større komplex, og indrettet I en ældre bygning. Skal bruge lidt tid på at finde rundt, men det går endda. Centralt for ture rundt I det nordlige Luxembourg.

Very neat and chic place. Beds are very comfortable. I aspecially liked the breakfast. They provide a great variety of different meals. Great experience overall.

Pretty disappointed with our stay here. Hotel had no air condition, very poor and spotty Wi-Fi. Elevator had issues, door handles in our room were coming off… also no lounge area and very crammed spaces. Bed was comfortable and room was cute but this definitely was not a top notch place despite its advertising as such!

Upper Deluxe room booked in June by calling before and after to be sure to have a room with 2 beds, result we are assigned the 405, with a large bed and an extra bed, if we add that this room has no electrical outlet (if this is not unplugging the alarm clock), that the desk is without a chair, that there is a foul smell emanating from the sauna and that in the toilet there is no switch and therefore the light goes out after 3 minutes, only solution to turn on, go out in the room of ba in for the sensor to detect you!
As a result of this we the next day changed rooms for the 305, much better but had to insist heavily in showing the mail so that the reception would eventually recognize that we had paid a superior Deluxe and refunded us the difference (even if the price had varied against us), but on a single night of course, no commercial gesture even for 10!
This is not the first time I have come to this hotel (usually very decent) but I'm not sure I'll come back from this last experience!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Was my partner birthday and they offer some welcoming drinks. The room had a smell and was a bit old. But we had access to the pool and sauna. The breakfast was amazing. Free parking. Very good location. Definitely will come back.

Very nice and modern hotel. Spa is great and wide range such as sauna, gym, pool. The Cabana bar is beautifully furnished.

New try in this hotel after 10 years… What changes. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. The decoration of the corridors and the room (junior) is really beautiful, the delicious lunch buffet. How easy it is to be able to reach the 2 restaurants and the Cabana lounge without going outside… Access to the Spa is a plus even if it is a pity that it is only until the time of check out on the day of departure. To redo as soon as possible.

I offered in honor of the 50 years of my girlfriend one night in the Junior suite. Already nice welcome to the reception very friendly personal. Me and my companion were both very moved as soon as we entered the room. It was beyond my expectations! Beautiful colors on the walls, beautiful modern bathroom illuminated with small red LEDs, water flowing blue which gives a nice effect. Bathtub plus separate shower. The super comfortable bedding the TV screen has flat screen at the foot of the bed that swivels on itself to be able to be also look in the small sitting area… bathrobe and sheets provided to go to the spa. Access to the easy spa without even that hotel. Small pool but very romantic. Excellent Breakfast buffet at will many choices and I advice you the eggs Benedictine. In short a wonderful stay and my companion is already talking to me about returned for our Valentine.

3-star room with a 5-star breakfast and a 4-star (hotel) wellness.

Hello, we had booked a weekend via a bongo the room we had was a bit dated. The bed was not double but two single beds one beside the other with two duvets one person and the mattresses much too soft hello back pain. I guess as we passed via Bongo we didn't have a deluxe room. Apart from the room the reception was great and the wellness also.

Always very well received and clean. Great breakfast and varied. The spa is a little small but very nice. Bravo.

All in all a good hotel with friendly staff. Nice restaurant (steakhouse, burger + pizza) and great breakfast. Parking in the garage is only possible if reserved prior to arrival. Enough other parking possibilities are very close.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful but very quiet town.

Hotel 4 * Benefiting from certain amenities of the 5 * hotel. They have the same reception, the mix of spa space, the same gym etc… The breakfasts are plentiful. A very nice hotel with rooms enjoying whirlpool tubs. To do!

Good quality, perfect wellness, good breakfast and very good restaurants. We will certainly come back!

Everything was really great staff very nice room very well Wellness also meal and breakfast at the top only small downside the evening meal from 8pm to 22h 30 flat entry without anyone who does not pass once even to serve you a drink at 30 euros a bottle is average we would have had a dessert but given the time we said we will eat it at midnight … especially since my husband had my birthday well he was a little disappointed … Damage.

Upscale hotel in a quiet historic town. Good services and amenities like a cocktail bar which made the quiet town also fun in the evening. No free parking. But the local people said that it is usually not enforced.

If you're looking for a hotel with that European small town feeling, then this is the place for you. I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. The food was good and the employees were always smiling and willing to help. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.
