Perfect for a nights sleep. Do not expect luxury. Price is good for what you get. Place was clean and the bed was good.

Not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay in but very convenient place to spend a night en route somewhere. Just next to the motorway but clean and quiet and cheap. It was just what we wanted.

The situation is very good. Just off the highway. Unfortunately, you only have the restaurants of the two Ibis hotels on foot. There will also be construction right next door. Luckily we had our room on the other side so did not disturb the construction site. By car you can be in Luxembourg city in about 20 minutes. Rooms are by far the cheapest in Luxembourg. A little too small for a family but if you just sleep it goes. For the money, it was okay. The shower in the middle of the room, however, smelled a lot of chlorine. Overnight we had to leave the window open. Otherwise we wouldn't have endured it. Hence everything on average after 2 nights about 3 stars.

Clean, friendly staff plenty of free parking and conveniently placed outside the city. The rooms were small and basic but this is to be expected with Ibis budget hotels. Would stay there again.

Low cost hotel in the Junction, quite far from city and airport.

They are thiefs I was there and last night they picked my headphones from my room and after they not give me back anything.

Very hospitable staff despite the language barrier. Clean and quiet despite neighbouring a motorway. Currently undergoing expansion construction work around which was deserted as its festive season.

Good value for money, very close to the city, nearby there are a couple of localities so you can get close to something to eat. There is always parking around the hotel and the staff is very friendly. It has all the services and there is always someone at reception at all hours. Although I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet I saw it was very complete and they have restaurant inside the hotel for you to eat whatever you want.

Impeccable room, right quality for the price. Breakfast basic but also a basic price.

No separation between shower, bed, washbasin, desk. Toilet doors are closing badly. No wardrobe for luggage. Free Wi-Fi but not high speed. To be able to download large files you have to subscribe to Wi-Fi more efficient. Basic breakfast, not much choice. Location of the hotel has Highway side.

You can get there only by taxi/rental. Not safe to take the bus as you have to walk on the street.

Good value for money. Ideal for a quick passage (as for me, before a very early train the next day from Luxembourg)

There are two categories of Ibis budget: the correct ones (small office in the room (optional but appreciable), clean walls, carrying hangers that hold them, mattress without hair) and the very BOFs: that of Livange is of this last category. To avoid.

Good for a night in the middle of a trip.

Nice rooms, run how the solved the basin in the middle of the room. Hmm a bit too much noise from the neighbors.

Staff very nice and friendly, breakfast OK (pity that it is Croissant and chopsticks frozen cooked on the spot…)
Weaknesses: accessibility from the city: without a car it is galley, the bus 200 leads to 900m from the hotel but the walk of the bus stop is on a road not suitable for walking. (Direct access via motorway for motorised vehicles)
Likewise there is nothing around the hotel it is an Office/industrial area.
The ventilation makes a lot of noise in the rooms, it does not stop to sleep but waking up in the middle of the night you would think a neighbor at the top takes his shower.
This is an Ibis budget which… It's for sleeping. :)

Inability to sleep in separate beds and no privacy to wash (shower cubicle in the middle of the room).
This 7/12/17 staff was totally disrespectful and unpleasant because "its service was going to be finished"! Shameful.

Ibis budget… So mininalist… Good for one or two nights no more.

If you looking for Buffy save and looking for bed and breakfast this will be the best choice. Other than that didn't even think.

Little rooms like studios. Not bad for couples as shower is next to bed. Pretty Poor breakfast. I mean really poor. Only ham and cheese. Bread and plain croassaint. Had to buy my bread in the vending machine.

It is a budget hotel, small price small room. Been in many hotels like this, but this one was not very good. The room had a clear gutter/sewage smell. Also we noticed that is was not very clean, discovered in the morning that the back of the stairs to the bunk bed had vomit marks on it, happy I could leave. Breakfast was also a bit poor.

No more rooms small, no affordable restaurant within reach, breakfast costs extra (€7, €50) with only cold food!
Completely overpriced!

Cheap accommodation. Very simply set up. Nothing for more than one night.

The hotel is very close to the highway and easily accessible. It has enough free parking. The rooms are small, we have a double bed and in addition a high bed for 3 people. The room is clean and very quiet, although right next to the highway. In the room, however, there is no closet or space for suitcases. You have to leave the clothes in your suitcase and push the suitcase under the bed so that you have enough space to run with 3 people. The shower is in the room, it is almost an open shower. Only milk glass prevents you from not being seen. The sink is also in the room, right in front of the bed. This constellation is unusual. It is best to travel there only with people you know well. The toilet is separated in an extra room, with a door. However, the door is only leaning and cannot be closed. Breakfast for 7, 50 is too expensive. There's bread and toast, cheese, jam and sausage. The topping is kept in an extra refrigerator. This is good. In addition, there are eggs, coffee, cappuccino and cocoa. All in all, a simple breakfast, as you would eat at home. The staff is friendly and the hotel room is cheap.

Too bright room because of the diodes in relief, a bit of noise from the lift and landscaping of the sink is not a success.

Lovely room, smart and clean and plenty of space, difficult to find but convenient having bigger IBis next door for decent meals. Recommended.

Poor quality hotel, for € 69/night you can find better elsewhere.

Hotel Luxembourg-Livange South I have never seen a hellhörigeres Etap Hotel. You hear every flush, laughter and voices from other rooms. Nicotine stains in the sink, stains on the walls and dust (nothing for allergy sufferers) responds to criticism unprofessional and annoyed the hotel management. Even if the pictures on the Internet of the rooms very nice look, stay away from this hotel.
