Nice place, average rooms, nice services. Recommend.

Lots of room but some so fully running. Some shower trays, other air conditioners do not work. In stuff one of thre or four is kind…

Not bad service. There are some downsides to the rooms. For a three-star hotel quite.

Otrabativaet svoi Zvezdi. Nomera Vethije, no zitj Mozno. Kuhnja no Plohaja, ample Raznoobraznaja… Glavnij Pljus-Eto mini Akvapark, gde me I provodili the warp of the Vremja. Zalj, these can be Zajti Toljko Odin once… Detkam PONRAVILOSJ.

The restaurant's menu is Russian. Waiters are not affable can because of the nationality of the customer. The food is high-quality, but for the year with not much rose by about 30%. In one bath of the shower to rinse the seat a sprayer is broken, in another the faucet itself. I used to go four times all right on the fifth.

Very worn out. Would not call it a "3-star hotel". More like 2.5 + worn out. It seems some small investments (like changing curtains and bed covers) would significantly improve overall look of the room, yet nobody seems to care. And at least the view we had from our room is also far from relaxing or motivating. SPA is begging for renovation. Again, comparably small changes could make a big difference — clean all lime residue, repair stairs here and there, improve lighting. Seems it is just sufficiently good for some part of the crowd and owners chose to ignore the rest and target those who are ok. Breakfast is on par with general experience. Pictures on major Booking website are much better than what you actually find, so, it is deceiving. Would not have chosen to visit should I have seen real looks.

Let's start with the good things. Reception staff is friendly to fix the issues and the balcony is lovely. Issues: promise flat screen TV reality, TV is at least 20 years old. Walls are dirty, duvet was dirty, basically stuck in year it was buid 2006

Rooms are quite cosy, has 2 places to eat and water park is good for relaxation.

Disappointed by service quality, unprofessional staff, outdated rooms (most of the lights did not work, TV had only a couple of channels). The bowling facilities are bad too — non slippery paths and old cracked balls. The spa area was average.

We were during weekend and place was very crowded, so if we wanted to get a spot I bubble bath we need to wait and hunt spots, also showers are very old and half of them were broken, we haven't checked everything, just a water park.

The pool is very clean. The baths are good Russian and Turkish. Finnish and for a couple of nothing. The restaurant is expensive. The food is mediocre but the breakfast is good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is OK.

Big facilities. Very tasty breakfast at the hotel restaurant. But I felt lack of tidiness, cosiness. In spa shower rooms there were loads of broken equipment.

The water park is said loud! Three slides and three bathhouses. In the Jacuzzi the water is cold, the Jets are weak. Of all the decent is a pool with waves and water cannons! The rooms are spacious!

The hotel is 3 star, the room dicontinued unpretentious (no bathrobes, no light bulb in the shower, the phone is not connected, the old TV, the remote does not work bedspreads in spots). Spa… 4 Saunas, 5 Jacuzzis and 2 Slides… The offer was a romantic dinner… The buffet! But, the kitchen is very good! … The second time I will not Go ( ( ( (

Food low qualitty, it seems that staff cant take care around restaurant, sugar everywhere, lack of tools, uncleaned tables. Spa was good. Hotel room had unprotected spots in the shower and while showering leaks werr noticable on the floor.

It is pleasant and not expensive to spend a couple of days, but longer get bored. Unless you take more expensive services. Kids have fun.

Location The water park is small, with 4 baths and 2 swimming pools.

The worst hotel ever. Maybe it was ok 5 years ago… Rooms are horrible… Towels were dirty, shower and toilet as well… Sofa bed was broken… I could have added more pics, but from the ones I did you can get the idea.

The restaurant is a complete disaster.

From picture in the webpage you can expect much more. Firstly, check in time was delayed for one hour, also check out time was made one hour sooner. That was just unpleasant. Food in restaurant wasn't good and it was expensive. Rooms clean but not nice, sofa had stains all over it and there was unpleasant smell in the room. Probably not coming back again.

Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is nothing special but ok — clean rooms, towels and essentials.

Hello! My experience in this hotel was pretty bad. When I came in my hotel room, I noticed used soap and shampoo in shower, long black hair in the sink and on the floor (they couldn't be mine as I have blonde hair), big yellow spots on the bed sheets, a lot of dust hanging above the bed, and we didn't even have trash can in our room. Also we both had an allergic reaction from the chlorine in water entertainment centre. When maids came to clean our room, they just picked up those soap and shampoo papers, hair from the sink with tissue and they didn't change dirty bed sheets. I was very confused about this "cleaning". Overall I am very disappointed and ashamed, because these holidays were a birthday present for my boyfriend.

As is rightly marked below-the institution beaten time.
The hotel is in a very central area. We stopped at 12.00 on the half of the bathhouse hung a plaque "works with 17.00 ". The administration does not report it when buying the ticket. The bathroom was very… There's no soap in the showers.

Swimming pool, three jacuzzis, three slides with swimming pool. With children may be good, but for this price on the market there are more interesting offers.

Very bad service, unconfortable beds.

Konferencijoms rengti sąlygos labai kuklios. Yra parkingas. Teritorija sutvarkyta, tačiau greta kokie tai pramoniniai griuvėsiai…

Esame pasibaiseje… Sukilo labai auksta temperatūra, tai nuėjus pas administratore ir paprašius arbatinuką, buvo pranešta, kad arbatinukai išdalinti ir mums neduos, net nesugebėjo detaliau paieškoti, ar tiesiog paimti kokį iš darbuotojų… praseme ne šiaip pramogai, juk nelaimė atsitiko. Ir buvo pirmadienis, viešbutis apytustis… Požiūris į klientus pasibaisetinas…

Patiko ganetinai platus pramogu pasirinkimas, aptarnavimas patenkinamas, nebuvo nemaloniu darbuotoju. Kambariai paprasti, kaip 3* viesbutyje atitinkami, bet tvarkingi. Nepatiko du dalykai: pusryciu maistas ir lova. Karstas maistas, toks kaip desreles, omletas ir varskes apkepas buvo salti, kokybe tikrsi prasta. O blogiau issimiegojus nebuvau dar ne karto: pagalves dekoratyviniu pagalveliu dydzio, ciuzinys kietas, nepatogus, jauciasi kiekviena spyruokle. Atsibudau su skaudanciu kaklu, nugara.

Could be better. We took the family weekend package (breakfast, dinner, salt room (30 min), water park 2 h, bowling (45min) ), and unfortunately bowling didn't work but the hotel offered a fairy trip around the castle instead. The room wasn' t clean and good enough, there were no fridge in the room, the TV remote controle didn't operate. The neighbours were too noisy and we couldn't sleep until 12. We expected more from the waterpark! Some showers and a yellow slide didn'work! The meal was good and tasty and the service as well. The location is on the suburbs, the closest shop is 20 minutes to walk. Far away from the city center and the Trakai island castle.

The water park there is a place to relax and have a little fun. Compact, cosy and relaxing.
