The location is great the staff were very nice and friendly. Clean room and nice breakfast. I will certainly stay at this hotel at my next visit to Lebanon.

Best Hotel in Jounieh. Great Staff. Food is great. Pool open 24 hours. Good shisha.

I haven’t tried staying here, bit I was at one of my best friends’ wedding at the palladio venue and everything was nice there. I also tried eating at the restaurant but by the pool and went for a late night swim. The food is good and the service is amazing. The place is very tidy and classy.

It is absolutely worth the four stars of which it is awarded, manicured environments, spacious rooms and restaurant that offers several choices of good dishes, great and varies the proposal for breakfast, internet access working although not very fast but there is and is enough so that you can browse and open videos.
Qualified and shrewd staff in welcoming the guest to the best.
To be recommended to friends undoubtedly.

The hotel is nice with a great view & they have good service but the missing star is for not having a free standing tub leaving you with no option but to take shower in jacuzzi!

It is good choice in Jounieh. Located near to sea, has a fabulous view. Hotel personnel were very friendly.

The hotel is good. The customer care is suplinded the open beufeat for the breakfast is so good has wide variety of food. The room service is excellent… Rooms are clean and it has quite atmosphere.

I've come from London to visit a few of my Lebanese friends and I stayed at the Reston Hotel. It is such a beautiful place to stay and family friendly with a children's play ground right next door! The rooms are immaculate, each room has its own design and it's own characteristics. The staff are so welcoming and helping, there is no better place! The restaurant is so tasteful with the most amazing chiefs, the food is international so there is always something you'll like! I most definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel is very clean and its location is suitable in the middle of all tourism places by walking. Food is fair. Prices are good. Staff are pleasant and service is good. The hotel is suitable for groups.

I have been here for the last 8 days. I 've really enjoyed staying at the Reston hotel for many reasons. Here are the reasons 1. Very clean hotel. 2. The staff are so friendly and helpful. 3. They have the best breakfast buffet which includes both the intercontinental and the traditional Lebanese. 4. In the center of Jounieh and you can reach anywhere easily. Aunque como recomendación sugeriría cambiar las duchas y limpiar un poco más el servicio se llevó todas las estrellas en este lugar, siempre había un si como respuesta de una manera muy amable. El joven que sube las maletas muy atentos al igual que los meseros. Sin duda repetiría.

Best hotel in Jounieh With wonderful views and very good service, very clean room, good breakfast buffet and wonderful staff. Especially thanks to Christine who helped us with what we needed!. We will certainly be back.
