Very nice hotel, average price, the junior suite is small but nice, the food is expensive and the meals are too small, the taste is good, the view is amazing, the staff are good, recommended.

Bad and slow service. Empty tables because of ” reservations ”, so we got a small table in the corner. And no one came.

We went there to double check our reservation, Because we are a new married couples we have to get a room decoration and a fruit basket. I said them to decorate the room first day, and we want to get our fruit baskets second day,
We came after our wedding party nearly 5am"beirut timing"
Second day we went out to have dinner, before get out of the hotel I told them to prepair the fruit its was 8 PM, we returned like 10:30and and it wasn't ready we call them like 2 time, even that the didn't bring it, I call the reception to say tnx to bring it he said is it arrived, I told them its not and I close the phone
Then they come and start knocking thr dor and it was almost 12 am*midnight*
I'm highly not recommended this hotel it's bad room and reception service.

Wonderfull view from the terrace. The fondant au chocolat is excellent.

Everything was great incuding the food, cannot give less than 4.8/5, I would give higher if the price is less.

Terrace is just incredible. Friendly staff, a little bit expensive but its totally worth it. The ambiance is soooo romantic for couples, the light music takes you to another world! The view of Jounieh Bay is breathtaking, visiting such a place in the occasion of Jounieh’s fireworks is everything. You can see the fireworks so clearly. Visit this place for a sunset coktail or dinner or BOTH, its so beautiful, visit Terrace with a bestfriend or the person you love! Not so recommended for groups and reunions.

It's one of the best hotels I visited… The stuff are so friendly, thank you Joanna & Anthony. It's the best place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view.

The terrace was amazing, they have a delicious selection of international dishes, and the view was breathtaking, but on the other hand, the place is a bit expensive.

Great hotel with the greatest view. The staff is very friendly and welcoming especially Joanna at the front desk who guided and supported us from our phone call till the end of our visit in a very professional and nice way as well. She even romatically decorated our rooms as you can see in the attached photos. The breakfast was good with a very pleasing and peaceful setting and view. They allowed us to play the piano as well :). We truly advise our friends to try Baylodge as we might surely visit again. Hopefully soon.

It comes out a little in the centre, crowded from the capital, we arrived in this quiet place with a beautiful view… away from the city, the Bay Lodge, the human is again at the center! Thank you! Before you see the view, one is greeted by Isac, or by two women, very charming! This Gentleman is a sincere kindness. It is much appreciated! It will tell you the best restaurant in the city. You can trust him. I advise everyone, without any doubt, a superior suite. The price is a bit high, let's face it ;) … The establishment may still make an effort on the choices at breakfast. The bar staff can take example on the sympathy of the reception team… The Wi-Fi is not really top, small problem. Small final note as to the lady of the household, I thank you for your smile and your work. Bay Lodge, a must stop during a stay in Lebanon.

Actually I faced several problems due to the poor mentains and I spent bad night with stress, But the staff they were very nice and they tried all thier best and the Profissional Manger Miss Laura tried to solve the problems I faced in hones and profissional way, she promised to deal and treat all these problems, and I do belive her because she dealt with me and my wife in Honest Respectful Profissional Way,
I wish I go again next time there when I come to lebanon and have real nice relaxing period, Really Bay Lodge Hotel is Unique,,

We went there mid of the week not at the weekend at april, it was a quiet place, calm and peace. But I didn’t like the smell of the room, it was very humid with the AC not functioning well as if we were in August. The food was horrible as if they put at the microwave an old plate of tawouk and served it for us. Every thing was expensive, you pay 300$ for seeing a view of jounieh and the sea which u can see it with lower price. And we should not forget the stuff who checked the room twice to see if something was missed, then recommended 6000L. L for a small bottle of water. They were very rude. All of my friends asked my advice if they go there. I said no.

The terrace has an amazing architecture and offer a breathtaking panoramic view to the bay of Jounieh. This place is highly recommended for drinks and cocktails. However, food is not good there.

It's a very nice location but needs reservation first. I recommend to come after sunset because it is not air conditionned… the heat is unbearable during summer.

Staff are super friendly! I was lucky te be dealing withJoanna! Ricardo was very helpful, Giovanni and all the testaurent's staff very kind and professional, the food is delicious. However there was small lacks: Jacuzzi's computer is turned off and u can only turn off and on with an external button. Bucket of ice costs 4$! I've been in 4* & 5* hotels around the world but It's the first time I am charged for ice! Some small repairs need to be done (burned lamp, moving faucet. ) but anyway the view is breathtaking and the overall setting is really very nice.
