From the moment you enter you feel its spirit from the smile on the staff’ faces! 3ammo Hassan, Nabil etc! Very calm place, rich environment, serene surroundings and clean space! A hidden Gem! Great quiet location with delicious food and amazing service.

Great experience, one of the most prestigious and luxurious places of Lebanon.

The location is amazing, the food is great and extremely delicious. However, the staff is not cooperative at all, the room lacks hygiene, there are insects inside, and the toilet was leaking, obviously it needs rehabilitation.
With all the above comments, the hotel is overpriced for 600, 000 LBP per night.
Moreover, they mentioned that the breakfast is offered between 07:00am and 09:00am which is too early, however, we noticed when we were leaving that they are offering it until 10:00am.

Wonderful experience. One of the best places in town, very friendly staff, great ambiance… despite all circumstances in the country a big Thank You to the management for the excellency of their efforts to make the customers feel free and happy.

Good from far, far from good!
We had a bad experience due to many reasons. The service was unprofessional without going into details. Restaurant cleaniness is less than average. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance, so many things are neglected.
Noisy ambience 24/24 due to wedding preparations, 7assayna 7alna b warche mech b hotel! And nobody informed us that there will be wedding works when we called to reserve a week ago. They informed us about it while we were checking in, which was already too late, and they lied to us telling us at 6 PM the works will stop, but they didn't for 24 hours!
The only beautiful thing is the building, which is there already years ago, but incompetant people and management took over it.
I don't know who gave it a 4 Stars. Should be a 2 stars hotel… but the building lifts it to 3.

It was a great experience. The employees were very welcoming and generous. The atmosphere and atmosphere are very romantic and quiet. It was very relaxing.
The rooms are very clean.

The whole team is perfect specially Fadel Fa3oor. The guy is great and so positive and helpful. If there is a customer service and satisfaction above 100%, I would have given 1000%.

I’ve only been to Mir Amin’s Restaurant for lunch I can’t say I was a bad experience but it was a great one either The staff seemed exhausted, they were slow at serving and would barely notice when we call them It’s a shame because the location was nice and fresh with a beautiful view; the tables and chairs’ designed were lovely and the decoration in whole was appealing Food-wise, it’s your typical Lebanese restaurant, nothing special The funniest part, the menu did not include the tax (I may be mistaken but I am almost sure I read somewhere on the menu T. V. A included)

Exactly what you need to have a peaceful cup of coffee and enjoy 1 or 2 scoop of ice-cream… Perfect view and gorgeous Palace… Easy access. Not on a budget… A cup of coffee is arround 8000 ttc.

We came with our baby for launch and had a blast, amazing views and the staff are very hospitable and helpful, the food is great and the prices are good. It was a great experience and our baby had so much fun because of the vast areas to play in and there is a kids area which is completely safe. The pool is clean and safe. We will totally repeat it. This place's visit is a must.

Great stay, restaurant is good serves Lebanese food and good desserts. The pool is very nice with a great view. Also a good place for indoor conferences. Coffee break is rich as well. Nice stay.

Simply amazing.
Mir Amin Palace became our yearly destination with its Pure Lebanese Hospitality ; The staff, the location, the pool, the food everything is just perfect!
Its our third visit; couple of years ago we had some bad experience with the manager but now Staff and Manager are very welcoming and helpful.
It was fully booked so we were upgraded to a Junior suite with a stunning view with the compliments of the hotel (no extra charges) ; the room was simply waw! Breakfast buffet is so yummy and the Staff are very friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for a quite getaway, do not search somewhere else!

Amazing place as a wedding venue! Beautiful views.

This is the much less visited, much smaller, newer and relatively unknown of the Chehab palaces in Beiteddine. It is situated on a higher hill that overlooks the bigger and older palace below. The view alone is worth a visit. The Mir Amin is now a boutique hotel that has rooms, a restaurant and a terrace café. After a visit to the much bigger palace down the hill, a drink and a snack on its terrace is an unforgettable experience.

Mir Amir Palace Hotel is a Beautiful, Historical Hotel on the top of the hill in Beiteddine, Shouf District Lebanon… You would feel like a prince or a princess in this well equipped hotel. The staff are very friendly & hospitable… We enjoyed our stay there very much!

If you want to experience how princes lived, try staying at that hotel. Converted from one of the Emir Beshir son's Palaces, it still preserves everything from architecture to furniture. The pool view is breathtaking.

This historic palace turned boutique hotel is located in the gorgeous chouf area overlooking amazing scenery. With amazing settings, delicious restaurants and wonderful climate it's the best getaway for your summer vacation.

We want there for our wedding anniversary! Everything was just perfect! The place is jysr majestic! The stuff were great took good care of our little girl! The lebanese menu is just yummy! Definitely recommend it!

Historical, beautiful, calm and a must visit hotel.

I went with friends to have lunch and was really disappointed: 1. The restaurant's decor has nothing to do with the hotel, really cheap 2. The plates were already on the table (maybe from the day before) when we cleaned them with the napkin, they were covered with black dust 3. The manager came to take our order, when we told him we want the grilled jumbo shrimps, he told us no take the small shrimps with coriander and garlic sauce, we told him we want the jumbo, he said when they're cooked they will become small, so we agreed, and they came very hard, as if cooked several times 4. The hommos, the moutabbal and the tomatoes had all a weird taste, as if they were from a week ago 5. The bread, hard and cold from the fridge 6. Two of the items we ordered (balila and grilled cheese rolls) were not brought to our table, we called one of the waiters and told him, he went straight to the kitchen to check what's wrong… and never came back 7. We were then trying to call the manager who was busy with the table behind us talking about his cats who wanders all the time between the tables (hopefully not in the kitchen too) finally he came and brought the bill which had the two missing items, we called him again and told him, he was not happy, and removed them from the bill 8. He insisted on offering some sweets, which were also freezing It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel has such a bad restaurant with such bad management, not recommended at all!

An overwhelming and amazing palace… a historical place that you would feel very relaxed to stay in… the view… the rooms… the architecture is breathtaking however its very unfortunate to say that the staff and service is not as we expected… the hotel management should work on staff knowledge and experience.

Beautiful views and amazing food! The service at the Lebanese restaurant was attentive and efficient. This is a must see historical place in Lebanon. It's so peaceful and quiet… great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Beirut.
