Great hotel every summer I visited…

We ordered chicken alfredo and french fries, the chicken was undercooked without spices, without salt, and the french fries take 30 min to get ready I don't know why.

Beautiful hotel built in 1914, wonderful exterior and interior. Gorgeous rooms, friendly and professional services. Enjoyed my stay here. Recommend it wholeheartedly.

Impressive hotel I love it.

The hotel in general is very nice. But unfortunately their management is the rudest. We first got a room directly facing their Friday night event — why allocate a room to a family with a baby just above your loud party is just stupid. We could not sleep. When I went down to complain at 1 am to the manager on duty instead of finding me a solution she was defensive and preferred to kick us out, find us a new hotel rather than a quieter room in her hotel! — and told us not to come on weekends anymore. The next morning the desk clerk found us a quieter room away from the "party". This is the worst example of customer service! And not Lebanese hospitality!

I loved it… our room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was so delicious. And spending the morning on the terrace chilling on the sound of fairuz was soo great.

One of the best hotel stays and experiences in Lebanon. It resides next to Berdawne River and the old souks. The town itself is great and is so clean.

I'm so proud to live in a city that has a wonderful 5 star hotel, its view gives you satisfaction though u still desire to visit its walls and its architecture, also to participate with its events and spend a fairy night that only happens in Grand Kadri Hotel.

Good one in the middle of zahle.

Our car was stolen from infront of the hotel! Apparently some cars are highly wanted in that area! There was an event that night when we slept in the hotel and instead of having security take our cars to park inside the hotel, we parked them just infront of the hotel! We woke up and didnt find my friends car (kia sportage) which was stolen eventhough security is there 24/7! Really what a shame!

It's an historical monument. Great Lebanon has been declared there in 1920 by French General Goro. It has been renovated completely in 2013, respecting though the traditional outside look. Amalgam of authenticity and modernism, this place well deserves the 4 stars and maybe more.

One of the best hotels in the area. Bordering the Berdawni river, it combines the beautiful nature and interesting history of Zahle.

The hotel is located in the center of Zahle, the heart of lebanese bekaa. A comfortable stay with the best lebanese food that touches your senses.

Great place to stay enjoyed my couple of days during my work visit to the town.
