Fantastic place, very clean and comfortable rooms and deliciuous lebanese food at their restaurant.

As a hotel I dont know about but as a place to eat lunch it is the worst!
Food is not good and the taste is disgusting and the service is too slow and it s a horrible place for families with kids the playground is not clean at all and not safe for kids worst experience don t recommand this place at all.

Great experience! Got stuck from the bad weather in Bekaa couldn't go back to Beirut. I stayed at Massabki hotel. Everything was great. The food, the service, the room, the amenities and the staff were amazing! I strongly recommend Massabki Hotel for a winter getaway. It's cozy when it's cold outside while the snow surrounds the place. Beautiful!

I held my twins’ baptism there… it was AMAZING. The service was incredible, the food was even better and the outside garden is fabulous… if I could give 10 stars, I would. They deserve it!

I was really disappointed with your VALET PARKING who stole my cash money inside my car after a wedding on june 29, to discover few km away that my pocket was EMPTY even from VOUCHERS for car wash. It is a PITY that such a nice HOTEL ends up hiring thieves for VALET. Thank you.

Renovated old Hotel, with a very large Garden, and tree park, river with ducks inside, car parking, good variety Lebanese and intercontinental breakfast, with very modern up to date night club, large renovated rooms, with nice bathroom, very worm ambience, with deep history pictures in frames at the hall way, recommended.

My favourite cozy hotel in Bekaa valley. Amazing outdoor Sunday buffet, huge food varieties, river passing by, lot of trees. I highly recomend it.

Excellent buffet on Sundays. Food varieties for all tastes. Kids area and face painting. Seating in nature near a river filled with fish, ducks, and gooses. Open buffet and softdrinks for 40$ adults and 20$ for kids between 3 and 10. Desert buffet is tasty.

Any place with Cute Ducks and feathery creatures deserves a five star rating in my book. Great food too btw. Recommend sitting outdoors if the weather permits.

The reception is more than wonderful. I have visited Masabki Hotel more than once, and every time I enjoy sitting in nature and taste wonderful food, noting that the service is special and fast, of course I will visit it many times and invite people who have not visited it to speed to discover the beauty of the infinite nature. Masabki Hotel is totaly different.

Nice hotel with great location! We ve been there twice but the 2nd one was a little disappointing from the breakfast which was very cheap adding that they cancelled the sunday lunch!

Loved this place, the food is mouth-watering, huge variety, high quality ingredients and very fresh, the concept is very welcoming same as all the staff, the atmosphere is enchanting we really enjoyed our day though the weather was disastrous. Keep up the good work!

Amazing service and staff but internet connection is bad at rooms.

I visited Massabki Hotel for their sunday buffet after I saw it on facebook. I felt in love with the place, the super tasty food not to forget the lovely staff. From the welcome saj to the delicious desert, I enjoyed every moment in a calm peaceful ambiance. I recommend it for everybody and would definitely go back again and again. Thank you so much for this experience.

Very beautiful and calm nice for a gateway from city food is wonderfull.

What a great gem this is! It's a place that would enrich any visitor with so much heritage from history, geography, art, natural beauty and this comes with very and friendly staff all across the hotel, and very clean rooms! Trees with their botanical names surround the hotel, the river with a protective mother Swan and her babies add a great twist to your river walks! The Cedrus Libano tree visiting your balcony makes it a priceless experience! I'm surely coming back here…

Massabki Hotel is the most beautifull place for weddings in bekaa, it is situated at chtaura, it is 4.6 stars rated! A river divide it to two sides! The hotel is situated on one side and the wedding and party garden on the other side, you can find a playground too! You can choose to make your party indoor or outdoor — both are excellent, but I request outdoor. There is 5 places to make your party in: PIANO BAR (indoor/outdoor) Masabkin (indoor) The River (outdoor) and The Garden Venue (outdoor)! Many menus are available, for soud and lighting DJ Roger GHORRA (phone: +961 3 76 88 03)! Also there is a restaurant and a weekly launch every sunday for 35$/person on the river with animations and face pating for kids. Visit this place I 'm sure you will find it amazing! Amazing place for families, kids can run and play outside while parents enjoy their meals. They have a big variety of food on Sunadays buffet, and friendly staff. You can easily spend an entire day at Massabki.

Hotel facing the citadel of baalbeck historic clean serves breakfast. Bring you shampoo with you. Walking distance to the hysteric citadel of baalbeck.

Food is acceptable in this place, but it can be much better. The service is excellent. With friendly staff. Outdoor seating makes you feel the cool breeze in beqaa at summer.

Great variety of buffet food. Enjoyable surrounding. But overpriced and food taste used to be better.
