Such a disappointment! Dirty bed sheets full of blood. And all they replied was sorry. Dirty rooms. Noone was wearing a mask as if there is no pandemic.
Waste of money.

The waitors are very slow, unorganised and dont work together. They dont show us to our table straight away. The food is poor quality, not tasty and always super cold when it comes to the table. The tables are not always clean. The waitors are sometimes lazy and they dont reply when I ask for something.

I'm so disappointed! Service is so bad! Some of the waiters lack of respect and this is unacceptable!

Yes I definitely recommend Delora hotel & suites. We stayed here for 10 days and our stay was absolutely amazing. The owners are the most beautiful people I have ever met. They made us feel as if we were family. InshaAllah Allah give them the best in this life and in the after! Daluli the owner is embedded in my heart forever. Thank you sweetie for everything. I truly love this wonderful lady.

Me and my wife stayed 10 days in the hotel. It is a great place to stay and great service. They make you feel at home. The owner is very nice lady and made us feel at home. I do recommend this hotel for every one and I sure will call it home whenever I am in the area.

Delicious Food, Very Friendly staff, Highly recommended.

Every service at Delora hotel is unique whether it is room service so you can get your food inside the room except the breakfast. Or you could enjoy smoking the hubley bubble in the lobby in case you wouldn't like it in the bar restaurant. Anyways, the staff there are so friendly that they add touch to meet the customer needs. Last but not least, you can use the jacuzzi in the suite room only.

We had good time, clean and friendly staff, will go back soon.

Stayed 4 nights at Delora Very clean and comfortable suites. Very well maintained property. Extremely friendly staff. It's a family owned business. The owners are the real MVP's at the this place. Couple of our friend fell sick during the trip he drove us to the hospital and waited till we were taken care of and made sure the kitchen staff would feed us proper (sick people) food. Thanks for your help during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend Delora. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, and very friendly. They would greet you as if they’ve known you for your entire life. All around excellent hotel. Pool was nice, and the food was great. We will be coming back next time we visit!

My stay at Delora Hotel and Suites was just perfect. The suites are large, spacious and clean. The location is great close to everything with private parking. By the swimming pool there is a wonderful view of the mountains where we can relax. The architecture is so amazing.
Services was fast and efficient. The waiters were nice, it's a great team. The food was delicious with a big choice.
For me it's not a simple hotel but like a little galeria with jewelry display stand t…o seduce women, a ready-to — wear store, dipndip, Starbucks. And without forgetting the Delora Café open 24h/24h but I think it misses a beauty salon.
It's secured, cameras everywhere. At the slightest problem a staff is there in the second following. The owners are adorable and generous, they receive their customers warmly. All the personnel make a great time.
It feels home.

The suite was great, spacious and clean but the breakfast was kind of poor, limited quantity of food for sush number of guests…

Delora hotel is the best hotel in the whole world awsomeeeeee service and awsomeeeeeee owners and Awsomeeeeeeefood I recommend it and the rooms are soooo clean and right in front of McDonald's and next to KFC awsomeeeee awsomeeeeeee service.

Best hotel in Chtaura, Bekaa valley.

2 stars are for the good breakfast and welcoming hall area but all the rest was not up to the standard at all! Room dirty at our arrival, central AC not working (had to sleep with a noisy ventilator all night), noisy corridors at night and some issues with the staff who was somehow a bit rude : (Good we stayed only one night…

The hotel is located in the heart of Chtoura, very busy street. Clean and tidy rooms. The food is amazing. Their cafe is great. Offering many drinks, snacks and great hookah with excellent service!

Finally, a modern first class hotel in a perfect location. Chtaura. This small city has a lot to offer, down the street from Zahle, just minutes away from the quiet and peacefulness of the Bekaa Valley, and only a short drive from Beirut as well. The hotel itself is breathtaking, right off the main road. Enjoy the international cuisine that their in house chef serves up daily (chicken curry was amazing! ), then have a latte at the gorgeous 24/7 Starbucks attached to the hotel. Super clean and friendly, can't wait to visit again.
