A pleasant and beautiful place. Breakfast is very good. The pool is excellent for relaxation and kids activity. The service is very good and friendly.

Its an nice hotel, great service and friendly staff
However I don’t recommend in summer time especially near the weekend
It will always be a wedding that will keep you waked up till 3:00 am and my room is near the venue
They allow smoking inside the restaurant and I mean indoor which’s not acceptable.
The internet connection is fair and the food was above average.

Lovely hotel in middle of chtaura service is great you can enjoy swimming pool & outside terrace while having oriental & western meals & hoka, large wine selection, good for conferences & meetings. Has a large garden used as a wedding venue during summer time.

To Solve the issue of High Sound during the weddings.

I love this place. But pool needs rennovation.

This place is at best a 3 star hotel. There was many issues with our booking and stay but what struck me the most was the small and blah breakfast. Both the room and the food were underwhelming. At 3 stars with 3 stars prices this place is a good deal but not as a 5 hotel.

Park hotel truly deserves a 5 star rating it's luxurious with nice hosts and calm area with green landscapes.

Delicious & generous buffet with wide variety of Lebanese and international dishes, staff is very friendly & helpful, calm atmosphere & very clean.

I stayed for one night only with no breakfast! Cheap hotel, fast and friendly staff, very good location! Will definitely stay there again when I visit the area for work related purposes.

Wonderful place in chtaura Spacious rooms clean Nice stuff welcoming and friendly Good food price and taste and variety not to forget the breakfast Nice swimming pool as well as one for the children A small park to walk play with a ball… Gym including all of the above So it's a great deal specially now.

Great place to stay in during vacation and weekends. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of tasty food, hot drinks, juices and sweets. Free access to the swimming pool where you can spend great summer moments. Free Wi-Fi and Parking.

Very beautiful place, peaceful, exciting place I advice every one to visit it for relaxing.

The service was great and good food thats why I gave the 2 stars. But! On Sunday I had a breakfast there for 55 person and I called several times to ask about the weather and they said that it was v good and bearable and that there are many people sitting on the terrace and they are v ok with the weather. However, when I came and my invitees came it was veryyyy hot and unbearable and they didn't have fans and couldnt make the gathering indoor because the invitees want hookah. Am not from bkaa so am not familiar with the weather at this time but they could've warned me and I could've postponed my event till evening or even till September. I found this so unprofessional from their side and I ain't doing events there anymore.

Unbelievably terrible service at the restaurant. The 4 of us had to share one menu, we ordered appetizers and they never came out, and now two of us who split shrimp have had diarreah all night. I do not recommend.

Very nice hotel! Spacious room with very friendly staff. Always available. Lovely view. We also benefited from April's 50% discounted rooms! Worth the price. Yummy morning buffet. The only reason why I put 4 instead of 5 was that our room was located under the air conditioners compressors and it was continuously noisy (however we didn't complain to have our room changed). Lovely experience. Totally recommend the hotel!
