Very positive atmosphere, room is clean (this part is very important for me) ) ) ) so, actually I'll recommend this hotel!

5 — for the hotel. ZERO (! ) — for restaurant. Service worse than in the cheapest bistro. 😐 Placed order on their own app for room service and they claim they haven't got the order… Very impolite lady by the counter on the evening of 12th of Feb. Not even trying to help a customer to solve the problem. I would fire a hell such an employee. Pity for the hotel.

Everything was excellent, and the stuff was really greatful and kind. Only 5mintues to centre and beautiful view from the roof.

Hey! Your hotel was very clean, the private spa and other treatments were wonderful. We were very disappointed. For breakfast, we have special diets. 1 * completely vegan (milk-free, egg-free and meat-free) and 1 * milk-free. We told you to book this hotel and checked this information (twice) later in the email. The hotel replied that it was okay. We stayed for Christmas, 3 nights in your hotel, we intentionally booked a more expensive room that includes a good breakfast. What a huge disappointment to expect at breakfast! There were only a few products available to us. Practically from a salad bar and bread and juice. EXCUSE ME?! I asked the kitchen staff every morning where there are suitable products for us, they apologized and said there was nothing else available. We will not recommend your hotel to anyone and we will never come to your hotel again.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is really good and plenty of choice. Leisure facilities are great and definitely worth it. Would totally recommend this hotel. We booked a superior room which was beautiful.

Room was cozy but wasn’t clean, I have pictures with disgusting mold on the ceiling, breakfast was very tasteless and average, with a very long line to even get them. You could hear everything in the halls and it woke me up several times. They ask 50 eur deposit, that’s even more then in the 5* hotel… The view would be nice, but there are double windows which were very dirty so the view wasn’t enjoyable. TV didn’t work most of the evening. Dinner was good!
Few people from personal were very very nice and at the right place — blond Russian speaking girl in breakfast buffet, guy who brought us dinner to room and a guy in reception during day time on 14th (I don’t remember the names) And the Russian speaking young man who worked in nightshift on Friday (12th), barely spoke Latvian and told me that one night for a kitten costs 200 eur, I even asked again. I was shocked. Then I checked booking — it was 20 eur per night. However they let us keep the kitten without extra charge for a few hours. Anyway, I think that receptionist should understand at least numbers which are pretty important no? Because for a few hours I was angry, It made me think it costs 2x more then our stay… good that I checked.
But Overall very average hotel, wouldn’t choose next time.

Friendly people, good service at the bar, nice breakfast and a great SPA (also good massages)! 2 minute walk from the center of Riga. 20 minute walk from the Russian Maskavas. The perfect hotel if you want to visit this beautiful capital city of Latvia.

Close to the main station as well as old Town and Market Halls. Good starting point for exploring Riga's central parts. Friendly staff, quite generous breakfast buffé, good cleanliness standards though some carpets and furniture scream for a bit of refurbishment. They suppose to have a pool but I couldn't check it out due to some maintenance work.

Was a bit of a waste of time. Stuffy room. Spa isn't open, and in any case you have to pay to get in. We were woken up by drilling noise from upstairs. When we called the reception, they simply said "OK, what do you want me to do. You can go to another room tomorrow"… Breakfast is not really breakfast. All in all bad rooms, bad service, bad hotel.

Rooms and location just fine. Has good Wi-Fi. However in house TV options are very poor especially catering for international guests. I would have thought BBC, CNN and a decent sports channel showing more than UFC and repeats of last season's soccer games would be a minimum. I mean Wimbledon and the world cup are on and I can't watch.

Hotel is in good location and staff is pleasant. But room 101 on ground floor had so much noise at 5 am and then at 12:30-1am where staff was trying to either take out bins or roll beer barrels. Only two things I can think of from the noise. One hour of sleep torture. Reception no from phone didn’t work so I had go out at 1am and tell them. Went out for a stroll then. I had fever and I did not expect the money we paid to not be able to sleep. Massage is ok nothing great. I won’t recommend it. Jacuzzi temp is def not 34 degrees. We found it coldish compared to what was claimed. All in all, stay here if you can guarantee a room on higher floor. Maybe you would still hear noise there and don’t use the spa.

Nothing to complain about in the room, what you can expect from a 4-star hotel. The location is great, both for transfers and for access to the city. But the real gold star from us is because of the staff and the little extra things they did for us. When we arrived, our 3 years old son received a gift from the concierge, and he loved it! It was a small bear that he hasn't let go since then. They also arranged so that we got the largest room available, even without us asking for it. The cleaning staff also got us extra towels and shampoo etc for our son. It was all the small things that all together summed up to a great stay!

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's near bus station and old town. The room is cozy, and there is a door in the room which can connect to next room, but usually is locked. We asked staff to open it, that I can go to my friends room easily without go out. The breakfast here is great too, it even provide champagne. The plan I book is not including spa, but still can pay to use "Oasis" spa. The steam room has herbal small, I like it very much. The usually check out time is 12:00 pm, however it's free to apply late check out before 13:00. It's a good policy for customers.

My and my partners journey started with arriving at wrong hotel (Wellton Riga) when we actually booked Wellton Centrum. (Our friends stayed in Wellton Riga). Karina was extremely welcoming and helpful, and has arranged our transfer to hotel Wellton Riga so we can stay in the same hotel as our friends. The hotel itself is very nice and clean throughout. With a breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, staff speak three languages (Latvian, Russian and English). The rooms are clean Uyutnenko, TV, refrigerator, in-room amenities…

There is also a spa complex, but I have not tested it… The hotel is very centrally located, close to the train station and the market, many shopping malls… I recommend it!

Excellent location, just beginning of the old town, friendly staff, rooms are not very big, but quite comfortable, breakfast is fine, with quite good selection of dishes and drinks. Guests can order lunch and dinner in lobby bar/ hotel restaurant. There is also special sets during dinner time called "business lunch". For such sets the choice of dishes is limited, but the price is modest, service is fast and a quality is quite good. You can combine salad and main course or soup and main course (two or three types of main course for your choice) desert can be also added for small fee.

The hotel is located in the center of Riga, near the Old Riga. Near the hotel there is a railway station, and bus stops. Until the bus stops, which is at the airport for 2 minutes.
The rooms are very clean and cleaned, the service is very good. On weekdays from 7 a. M. To 11 a. M. You can eat for free at the hotel, a breakfast-focused buffet. The hotel has a spa centre where you can have a good time, book a hotel room is best directly, with such booking you can get a bonus and it is cheaper. There is good and fast Wi-Fi. There's a safe in the room.
The only thing that seemed not very thought out — it's television. There is not always a signal. But, in the digital age, it is not a problem if the presence of a phone, tablet or laptop. There are 13 channels available, some in Latvian, Russian and English.

Very nice hotel. Had a mansard room and vistited the Spa area twice. It was very nice and the staff is very welcoming.

The stay was acceptable, but I had some critical issues: 1) the whole hotel smells like chlorine, I guess from the spa, 2) the spa, which is supposedly the selling point for the hotel, is always packed, and shockingly, allows little kids. We were trying to enjoy a relaxing sauna, and guests would bring in their toddlers into the sauna. This is unacceptable. Hotel, please do not allow little kids in this area, it's disruptive and unnecessary. 3) the mattress was not great quality, and I could feel the coils in my back as I was sleeping. Hope this hotel can make some good changes!

Good location. The room was very clean and the breakfast was not very good… The room was clean. The hotel has two elevators on 8-m floors, on each floor about 26 rooms, it is easier to pass on a ladder, than to wait for an elevator. The rest, in principle, everything is normal.

Good value for money. Close to the train station. On the contrary there is a bus stop which can take you to the airport for a half euro and 30 minutes. The old town is also quite convenient to start viewing from this place. There is a SPA complex and a decent restaurant. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the restaurant was only interested in themselves. The breakfast room is in the basement with no windows. And if you want to go swimming in the pool, you pay 10 euros for it. Would not be notified to one when booking. Rooms small and noisy to the main street. There are cheaper and better hotels in Riga.

Hotel near Old Riga. Bus station close by. The rooms are clean. Comfortable bed with clean bed. Furniture and plumbing in excellent condition. The staff is not very priveliv, but everything is within. The first єtazhe the smell of the spa, which is slightly annoying. Breakfast Otmennie, from champagne to cakes.

Great hotel with cozy little spa and superb breakfast! They even serve sparkling wine at breakfast buffet table! Really enjoyed spas massage also.

I was not expecting this good quality due to rather low prices. Good rooms, friendly staff and really delicious food though in restaurant they lack staff. We had to wait for a long time before food was served.

I was travelling by train and the hotel is less than 5 minute walk away under the road. The reception staff were very welcoming, room great, kettle, sockets where needed, lovely bathroom. The selection of food was amazing even bubbly!. Treatments on offer at very good prices. Perfect location for town. A fine variety o f sweets on reception. Hard to fault really.

I've been here a few times. Everything is excellent except the first floor rooms. Very noisy. Very good spa and breakfast.

Close to public transportation and the farmers market. You're located right in the heart of old town, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quaint, and the amenities are plentiful. The Jacuzzi, spa and whirlpool tubs are a plus, especially after a rainy day or a stroll around town. The room's are nice, everything is clean. Fresh linens and towels daily. The pillows are a bit hard, otherwise wonderful. Breakfast is a full buffet served till 11am, and the food is quite delicious.

Comfortable and in a very good position, close to Riga center and to the train station too. Good variety of food at breakfast and a pleasant tapas restaurant for dinner. The Spa with 2 jacuzzi and sauna is perfect to have a relaxing rest.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and the hotel was very clean. And at night our number was opened by an administrator to let the drunken Russians who have confused the door that lost the key. Just a shock.

We loved this place so much! The room, the service, the food — everything was perfect. And it takes only few minutes to come to Old Riga from there.

The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are chilly. There's a 10-euro parking fee. Breakfast luxurious from 6:30 to 11:00.

And that's four stars? The beautiful sound name and the professional photos on agent who (retouched, with the distortion that makes the room more spacious) created a mistaken impression. The hotel was beautiful, modern and stylish. And good reviews have been deceived. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the water in the shower was not very hot (not only in our room, we heard others complaining at the hotel), the old repairs and the furniture (as of the 90s), the little blanket on the double bed.
Dried, callous pancakes for breakfast (rest normal). The old town was forever frozen.

Great location in the city. Convenient for public transport as well. Hotel clean and good breakfast. Main beds are comfortable, extra pop-up bed not comfortable though.

Perfect location, very close to central station, opera and all old town attractions. Friendly staff. What I did not like are pillows. They are very hard, my neck was in pain in the middle of the night and I could hardly continue sleeping. I also did not like extremely crowded breakfast room. We could not find a table for four to sit with our small kids. Breakfast has a good selection of foods, but only one type of cheese. The water in the bath tab of room 104 did not go down until reception provided a master. Also the warm floor in that bathroom is not working. Our second room 103 had perfect bathroom, all worked. The restaurant for dinner is just perfect, excellent tapas. I do recommend this hotel as a perfect option for not expensive stay.

To be honest, I was not happy with this hotel. There were silver fish in the bathroom. The caulking is coming out of all the cracks. There was mold in the bathroom, and the whole room smelled like mold. Breakfast was ok. No secured parking near the hotel. Parking can be found 7 minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel with Huge rooms and well decorated. The mattress was awesome… I had a hard time to wake up! A must try if you go to The center of Riga!

Cosy hotel in the center of Riga.

Was in this hotel 6 years ago. At that time it was called Nordic. Judging by the photos, since then not much has changed. Very good memories about the staff, amazing dinner and comfortable interior. The hotel is within walking distance from the old town and other attractions. We transport almost never used. Only the hotel-airport-hotel.

Overall a fairly comfortable hotel. In the heart of Riga, just across the square from the railway station. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Lovely sauna and pool.

Modern-looking hotel, breakfast is good! However room sound insulation isn't great at all. You can hear traffic all night long because windows aren't soundproofed. Bring your earplugs!

For me a great hotel, I asked for two rooms and gave us the possibility that were interconnected, new hotel with a spa highly recommended, the buffet very good, varied and of great quality, in front of the station of bus and train and in the centre of riga, great choice.

Very clean hotel, acceptable size rooms, not too expensive. However we stayed in room 619 and the bath plug wasn't working, informed reception. They checked and it was broken and promised they will see what they can do about it and give us a call. 1 hour later no contact made. Called reception again — different receptionist asked if we know how to use it and asked us to try it — of course it still doesn't work — they will send somebody to room in next 5min. 30min later nobody had came — so called again — the first receptionist (the same guy who said its broken and we will get in touch shortly) picked up and said I was just about to go and see you. He came to room and of course plug still not working, he still had no idea what to do or how it should work just announced the bath isn't working — just shower no room move offered. Asked for temporary bath plug — got one — but still no good. We had to check out early and it was late already so we couldn't be bothered anymore. 4.30 in morning went down to check out and get take away breakfast (they have this service in all their hotels) receptionist (same guy again) started to call around and ask were are our breakfast — 10min later they said sorry we have made error — there are no breakfast for you. Great! Reception team was very poor at even smallest problem solving, poor handover from check in.
