I do recommend the hotel, nice, good food, great standard, but still want to make a complaint. We wanted to eat at the restaurant but did not feel welcome at all "oh, you want to eat, the chef is very busy"? What comment is that? And also, the fire alarm Went of 01:30 and the comment was " we Think someone smoked, but it should be okay now, it should not happen again" as a thank you for that weired comment they charged us for the bottle of wine we took after not being able to sleep after the fire alarm. And still no comment on my email to them about this. Not worht the stars on this hotel at all. Poor attitude on a situation like this.

Great location, very good breakfast, lobby and room looked freshly renovated with quality. Did not like the sink in the bedroom — looked like a dorm room solution, super slow checkin and shower was a bit grey and barren with water not flowing away well.

Centrally located. Can hit any place in 5 to 7 mins. Pool very small. Staff excellent. Rooms cozy. Breakfast for vegetarians was specially made by chef.

Beautiful designs of rooms and lobby! Excellent staff. Interesting spa area. Tasty and wide breakfast with sparkling wine and a lot of appetizers. The downtown as well.

All good exept air conditioning did not working. We informed personell twice after first night (27'C) They came to check 3 times but no results. Next days nothing happened — no fix, no info. We stayed 4 nights, so if there was some more serious technical problem, at least somebody should come and say something…

Alas, does not pull to 5 stars. Blatantly lying to the staff, waiting room for 2 hours (to settle), the door to the room in oily spots in the room are dirty, Breakfast is delicious, But cold.

Excellent location for easy access to the town centre close by. Stayed for 12 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Room was always immaculately cleaned, breakfast choice was excellent, food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Awesome big screen in the bar for watching football! Highly recommend +++

The old building is organically integrated into the modern design. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. Very comfortable bed.

The room was very clean. On my vzgljag not 5zvezd, max 2! Service less if not segodneshnee morning. At the door knocked the staff of the hotel who carries water to ask whether we need something from the mini-bar, from it was a terrible smell of alcohol. Since I nepju that kind of people at once he was very strange. I ponemaju all the morning after the holiday but if you have decided that the hotel 5 stars then you have to do so that the workers served 5 stars! The room is very small, we offer to change the room but from the suggested… The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel located right in the heart of old Riga. Ideal for visiting on foot the historic centre with its small streets, shops, the market inside old airship hangars. Also train next door to reach the coast. Modern room. Continued presence of a police car at the corner of the street due to the building of the Chamber of Deputies next door. Some dubious tasks on the floor in the room probably impossible to remove as well as the staff speaking only English or Russian do that I only put 4 stars.

Nice hotel, located almost in front of Latvian Parlament. Safe place, but isn't reacheable even for public taxis be ready to carry your belongings from taxi to hotel and from hotel to taxi!

Nice contemporary hotel but for cigar smokers Grand Palace Hotel in Riga is The "CIGARS ONLY" lounge at Pullman is not very cozy with the white sharp office light. I would like to give 4.5 stars but it's not possible by the system.

I had very bad experience today in pullman hotel We came to the bar to have few drinks after dinner It was plenty of free tables As soon as we want choose one — unhappy waiter came And he said that we can only sit by the entrance When we asked why He didn't even reply Than when I asked if it's possible to put my phone on charger anywhere — he said that it is not possible. And turned his back immediately I find it very weird to come to a 5 star hotel To feel that you are not welcome at all! I wouldn't advice anyone to go there.

I love Pullman brand and this one is so wonderful too! Specially I liked a restaurant and breakfast, they have a wonderful kitchen! I loved Josper grill dishes. Beds are so confortable and rooms are so quiet.

Building is great (5 star), service is much lower. Overall experience was just ok…

Mixed feelings. The hotel room was nice but the restaurant was not a good experience. We were in a group of less than twenty people, or lunch was ordered weeks beforehand. Everyone was having the same menu. The lunch was agreed for one o'clock. The first fifty minutes we didn't get anything but bread and water. When the food finally arrived, we only had half an hour before we were supposed to be in our next meeting, so no time for dessert. And no, the place was not full. On the contrary, there was only one other group, and they arrived after us. So, while I could definitely stay in the hotel again, I'd dine elsewhere.

Love this hotel. The food is great, the cigar lounge is sweet, you can't go wrong!

Four stars for rooms, the hotel itself, excellent breakfast 1 star for the hotel floor design… near the main entrance, be careful walking the steps to the two rest area on both sides. The steps were designed discreetly and weirdly. A grandpa in my travel group fell and broke his arm because he was tripped by one of the steps that people usually don't see! Another lady in a different group fell cuz the same reason too! Wow this is a "5 star" hotel! How do you guys deal with old people tripping on your floor all day? Pool: Don't expect too much, a narrow strip that is only wide enough for one person at the time.

Great located, in the centre of Old Town hotel. Colourful and diverse breakfast. Rooms are fine but multimedia/TV poor (German and Russian stations only), fitness small.

Place of exception in this magical Old Riga. Outstanding setting, best-intentioned staff possible and welcome to come back many times. You will never be disappointed with such a place.

There was a gorgeous party — New Year in the style of Hollywood 20s. Service, serving, decorating-incomparable! High tech boutique hotel, for fans of non-standard design solutions. Keep the bar on and on.

Brand new place. Be aware that access by car may be limited from the front of the hotel. Rooms are efficient but remind of Motel 6 as there is no separate bathroom. Nevertheless nice place for more than 1 reason.

I have been staying at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was booked and payed by our business partners. It was realy beautifull and service nice if not one very insulting happening. At arrival I was asked to pay 100 € deposit for extras. It was strange, but more strange it was to hear, that my colleague from Poland was asked to leave 200 € for extras for the same period and my colleague from UK was not asked to leave any deposit. What is it all about? Trust or discrimination or something else?
