A camping worker asked us to be there by 22:30. We got there around 22:20 but no one was there. There were no messages on the door and no one answered the phone. They didn't warn us that they needed to close by 22:00. We had to stay literally on the street in a foreign city with a 5 year old child. Such an irresponsible way to run the business.
