Staffs are super nice, and the location is very convenient for all tourism.

Ideally located close to many good restaurants and pubs but still in a quiet side street. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very nice. Some improvements: our room had a reading light next to the bed, however there weren't any power outlets to be found be either side of the bed. The included breakfast was ok. Would be nice if they could make a cappuccino without charging extra. Giving out umbrellas to the customers to use is a nice extra!

Good location, near all the good restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Value for money. Breakfast is ok, laundry service can be better, too expensive. Liked my stay and would def recommand it!

Very nicely decorated hotel and nice cafe. They serve the breakfast there and there are 4 different full breakfast options, and all are great. My room was perfect. I really like this hotel. The location is also very central.

Friendly staff and amazing food especially "Shrimp Pad Thai"

The first and most difficult challenge is to find the place. The map isn't detailed enough to pinpoint it exactly and it's set 40m of the main street and is invisible if you aren't searching hard. The pin mark is reasonably close so look hard around there. Apart from that it was a pleasant enough stay but with a lot of these hotels the rooms have no view except the wall of the neighbouring hotel. Don't be put off though as the rooms are very tidy and the staff very pleasant and respectful. Breakfast is in the basement with a choice of local or western menus. The advantage of being off the main street during festivals is that it's much quieter than many other places. Seemed to be quite recently built.

Located in walking distance to Mekong, restaurants, shopping, markets and attractions. Clean with good amenities and coffee shop. Great staff.

Bloom boutique hotel and café is a true gem. Really. An amazing find! We booked for 2 nights at the beggining of our Laos trip and love it so much we also booked when we came back before leaving the country. Where to start? This hotel is brand new : like one month old. But do not be afraid : everything is perfectly working! Rooms are immaculate and wide. All the hotel in fact is design with great taste. The kind of hotel you would paid over 200$ a night in america. But not here : the prices are super affordables! It is truly a great great place. Not just great to travel : great. Point. The staff is really amazing and the owners are there often. Super helpful and accomodating. Breakfast is also included in the price. In fact, there’s the Bloom crafted café on the first floor. Amazing place! The deco, the staff and the food! I mean : there’s a real effort to push every plate beyond. Really amazing. Give their lunch a try: just wow. Not only the hotel guests are going to the café : expats and locals too! But don’t worry : you wont hear a thing from your room since the restaurant is in a totally different area! And it closes at 15:30 pm. Believe me : I do not have enough words to say how much we liked this place and all the effeort to welcome us. Thanks a lot for a real find!
