Clear and neat environment, Good Customer service and Breakfast was excellent. I will Highly recommend to my family and Friends.

Terribly bad. Wwdding party was hosted in Safir Hotel. I am staying at the highest floor and still can hear the party euphoria clearly. The room is bad with no sounds proof. Staying at Safir Hotel for business purposes and sleeping time is needed to be right. I found out that most guests are not aware and pretty much got the same feedback as well. Safir Hotel should have prevention and mitigation plan. Customer should aware that the party is ongoing from which duration. This is handled badly as well. Need improvement on room sounds proof. It is very disappointing and I would expect Safir could know the situation better and do improvement. It is not a pleasant stay.

Although there was plenty of food to offer, most of it was chicken. I never could find any lamb supposedly mixed up in the rice. The Shawarma was tasty and freshly made. I always look for bread and butter, but in this case, there was bread and cheese. Turkish coffee was served but I really could've enjoyed a cup of tea. We had discount coupons so, with that in mind, it was worth what we paid for. Service was good, no doubt there.

I stayed there for several weeks and was most satisfied with everything. The rooms were clean, the room service was excellent, the people at the reception were very helpful. The food served at breakfast and at dinner was abundant, wide ranging and delicious, hats off to the chef. The rooftop gym is very convenient and has a beautiful view of the sea. This hotel is definately a place I would highly recommend and would return to stay at any time!

Excellent stay… excellent staff… excellent food Enjoying the ambiance specially at the garden area. We also had nice breakfast family are happy. Specially my kids they enjoy the activities they had during the Celebration of Kuwait National Day. See you again next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the experience. Decent hotel, spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool on rooftop. Etc. Many thanks to Mr. Mahmoud — duty manager who made our stay special.

I took my partner out for dinner to the Anchor Beach Bar. They had private tents available for Valentine's day so I booked one for 40 KWD. First of all I had to call them 6 times to manage to get a reservation. The main reception always transfers me to the restaurant and they never pick up! Even after someone did pickup he said the reservation people are busy and he took my number so they would call me back but that never happened! Anyways once I was actually there, they took us to our tent which looked nice and tidy (the only good thing about the experience). The tent was part of a package that has a preset menu with appetizers, 2 main dishes and dessert. 5 minutes after we sit down the waiter takes our main dish order (other items are preset), and then doesn't show up again for 30 mins to reconfirm our order. After one hour from sitting down, (yes one hour! ) there is no food served and no one answers the buzzer button. I personally get up and walk all the way down from the tent to the main restraunt and ask to see the manager. They tell me he is not here and will come in a while. 10 minutes later they finally show up with the cold appetizers and 10 minutes later the first main dish of jumbo shrimps and rice shows up. It was cold. 10 minutes later the mixed Oriental grilled shows up and guess what, it was also cold. Not only was it cold but the quality and presentation of the food is abysmal.

Neatly Maintained halls and rooms. The open park areas at the back needs more cleaner maintenance. Located on beach front and one can get nice view over the sea.

In particular, your wonderful team "receptionist", "restaurant serving team” all the team was very helpful and deserves a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service. The staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured I felt welcome during my stay. Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. I was amazed at the consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra mile. The staff was well groomed and took pride as representatives of the Haven. Kudos to you and your staff for making my stay a great one — I will definitely be staying with safir again Nothing but least if I don’t do this job then this is incomplete, I want to appreciate one more team housekeeping team the house keeping staff they are great persons.

Excellent property. Best hospitality and I must say my stay was just awesome.

The hotel is very nice and I liked it very much. However the staff at the reception need to be trained to be friendly to clients. I visited the hotel the day before my check in to insure that I can check in early the next day. The lady at the reception said it is fine and I can come at 12 noon to collect the access cards. I was surprised that when I showed up the next day, the same lady said that the rooms are not ready and I cannot collect the access cards and I have to wait for at least one hour!. Add to this, and during my interaction with her on the two days, she was very serious with not a single smile. I felt like I was treated like a beggar. In addition, the wi — fi was down for several hours which ruined the stay.

3 is only if it is compared to the top notch hotels. Otherwise a marvellous hotel experience: good accommodation, good food, good services, good services, good hospitality, surroundings, moderate cost, adequate location, good for holiday or business meets, ample parking. Only downside is no access to the sea.

5 star property. Rooms are clean and huge. Available facility of rooms apartments and studio rooms as well. Must stay here.

Everything from start to finish was just some kind of fairytale experience, unmatched hospitality by well-mannered and well-versed staff, comfortable facilities and memorable experience.

The restaurant is has a lovely view over the sea. Food is fresh and tasty. The hotel is quiet and new. Service is great. There is a nice garden and a small game area. There is a wide tent under construction as a big cafe looks o the sea and also small separate tents for families. I don't think it has a beach for swimming. It's a nice quiet place to relax.

Nice hotel, nice apartments but slow service.

Thanks to safir hotel who made my residency a perfect one by upgrading our room to a suite free of charge they showed us their great ❤️hospitality.

Family stay was great for short time. Things that can be improved in the hotel are 1. Food (had food poisoning on the last day), 2. Facilities (swimming pool on the roof is not so good, very small and no kids pool. The hotel has a large parking area could be used for a new swimming pool). 3. The view was not good, looking at the empty land with lots of water retained. 4. The room smell from carpet.

Almost every thing is ok but missing the professionality and standardization For instance Beach sign gives informations that doesn't mach with neither the reception nor the hotel beach gard as well as some informations in the guest service directory book in the room.

I attended an open day today in this hotel friendly staff with good service overall it was excellent.

Lovely food with reasonable price.

Good quality hotel, new enough. Staff is very friendly. Location in quiet area of Fintas, access to beach. Despite looking small outside quiet spacious. Food and beverage is good quality. Rooms are spacious with nice view either on Sea side. Overall ambience is pleasingly quiet.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and new. Service is great and the staff is very hospitable. Breakfast has a wide selection of food and extremely delicious croissants. Their beach cafe has a nice Shisha lounge, great for watching football. Location is also great with easy accessibility to highways and local roads with lots of dining and shopping options in close proximity.

Nice hotel and very quite, good for families.
