A bit dated. Rooms are comfy and shower was decent. A fax machine in every room makes you feel liked you went back to the 90s.

I have been to quite a few great hotels — but the hospitality at the Sheraton in Kuwait is truly exceptional! Even if I was just a businss traveller I felt like I was a princess by the way I was treated by every single employee at the hotel. If you are up for a massage treatment at its best — ask for Cheenelyn.

Absolutely stunning place. Comfort is thought in every detail. Fine cuisine which I tried impressed me.

Good place to hangout. Cool n shady amidst plants n trees. Art Exhibitions are on. Food joints are close by and affordable.

Four Points by Sheraton offers great experience, not only because of its modern architecture and rooms, fine restaurant, but also the swimming pool at the top is unique. The service all over is world class.

I came for an Persian restaurant. The interior of the hotel was stunning. The layout of the floors plan and design of the resturants' were beautiful.

The service is excellent, but it is visible that the hotel is built long.

This is my favorite hotel, I always stay here, their service is excellent, the food is amazing, all their facilities are 5 stars quality, great location and extremely comfortable rooms.

Warm and cosy. You can order from all 3 restaurants at once … the only reason im giving it 4 stars is because I dont like live preformance. I prefer the silent mode but again thats personal.

Al-tarboosh restaurant, friendly staff, very high quality food with good price.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel Four Seasons was amazing, clean, very well maintained with good food! Fantastic views from the room. Shaded swimming pool open 24 hours!

Fab place. Nice collection of restaurants. Rooms are nice and large. Morning wake up call is followed by a complimentary coffee which really helps to keep the commitment. Gym can be improved but serves the purpose. And good Service indeed.

Great swimming pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking view, however the restaurant is not that great. Location is OK although far from main towers, there is a new Park with water fountain music show 5mins walk with loads of restaurants which is worth visiting.

Excellent service and sizes. The Property is a bit dated though.

It's okay. Way too VIP ish. There are better and more economical options.

Where you get to be treated royal… They make sure that you feel like a king before you leave and that all of the staff and management are there to provide you with the astonishing service you deserve… Definitely the best choice anyone can make.

Unfortunately, the reception staff in the hall, there seems to be deceiving the attitude of foreign visitors, there is a new building room ~ indeed said full!
Return to send machine ~ really said no car, also persuaded to take a taxi, or too late (guess they can make some extra money)!
In short, the five-star hotel as so dishonest, another person incredible!

This is one of the oldest hotel in kuwait and it has a nice atmosphere to it. But needs more parking space.

Decent 4 star hotel, nice top floor pool, breakfast included and friendly staff. Complimentary car to and from airport.

This is the best hotel in Kuwait. You must try the Ricardo Restaurant which is a fine Italian restaurant that opened back on 1979

Great Hotel, with very good service. The Hotel could arrange your visa and transport for you. You can even chat to the hotel via whats app. The room very comfortable and the food really good.

I stayed at this hotel on my trip to Bangladesh when I was 16. The service was good, the food was impeccable and the suites were comfortable. The hotel has a Middle Eastern glam ambience.

What a wonderful hotel! The hotel is amazing but the staff makes it first class. They all knew my name and catered to everything I asked. The spa was great too.

One of the best hotels in the whole area, you got to try it.

Lovely hotel and the roundabout is named after it locally. Parking is relatively far from the hotel, where you need to cross the street.

Great restaurants with great view of Kuwait City in higher floors.

Luxury hotel with good service you expect. And little expensive but you get the premium feel for it.

Nice place for conferences, but their breakfast isn't the best at all compared t9 other 5 Star hotels.

Restaurant Bukhara: servers and waiters were well mannered. Can't say the same about the senior staff on the floor. Very poor hospitality and communication skills. The food is passable. Sadly nothing worth praising.

Great business hotel. Only downside is lack of channels on the tele.
