The place is very nice though its so hot bec its summer but still my employers kids loves jumping in the warm water… the food is also good… with a healthy fruits on the table during buffet… the room so clean so nice so cozy… 😍😍😍

I was very fortunate to have stayed here for 7 nights when I was competing in Kuwait 🇰🇼 in a Professional Wrestling Tournament back in 2009. Wonderful staff and very friendly management. Facilities and cuisine amazing, every staff member were great, I would highly recommend this hotel! Salaam to everyone in Kuwait! I fought infront of thousands in a local stadium May of been Salmya stadium 🏟 Souk Worf? I also appeared in interview on Kuwait TV! Palms Beach Hotel, very nice place for relaxing, along sea side view… Clean and spacious hotel, nice food and most of all staff are friendly very accommodating… im working in car rental service in the lobby and I see evryday how people come and go,,, I believe palms staff love and enjoy there work, … with wide smile on arriving guest…

Lovely hotel, but so much restrictions, I will never come back, expensive for nothing. Food was terrible, I had breakfast included and I didn’t use it after the first day tried. Weather on the beach was worst. Kuwait sea water isn’t so nice, so living on resorts not worth it. This id a health club that most western comes to swim because women can’t swim freely in this country wearing bikini, so you may find some people there paid very high price membership just to watch women. Very loud and noisy staff in the hallway while you are a sleep.

I stayed in this hotel along with my family for 5 nights, the check in experience wasn’t as expected but throughout the stay everything was v good. The room size and amenities along with the cooling system “to survive in Kuwait v hot summer ☀️” however, the food variety in the breakfast and the quality of food wasn’t up to expectation, I can rate the breakfast as 2/3 star hotel menu. The beach side is v good along with the gym and the children playing room. Overall I can rate this hotel as 3/4 star hotel apartments and many thanks to Mr. Mohammed Talaat who was v kind to offer two luxurious cars for our airport drop-off.

I would say it is 3 star hotel only. The honey m9on room is just a wide normal room.

The worst ramadan buffet. Over-priced, over-rated and bad service. Buffet trays are empty, not being refilled and overall dirty. Chefs are cocky and table attendees are not present. Overall disappointing and terrible.

Clean hotel with great spa and amazing pool. Also gym is very good equipped.

The hotel room was very luxurious also the room service and the breakfast in the morning had very many choices such as pastries, eggs and fruits. There is also three pools one for laps and two for just having fun but one of them is freezing.

Good place to stay Have been staying here at multiple times for joining ship and while signing off from ships. Have been renovated last year Buffet is good, however lacks indian cuisine from the menu, but arabic stuff is excellent.

Not as expected, good staff but it is more expensive than it deserves, not thinking of booking it again.

Friendly staff at the reception but this is the only positive note. This hotel is a good example of what you have to avoid when you design a hotel, bad parking system (called smart parking! ), access to the rooms through the gym… I had three breakfast but was proposed a tea or coffee only the last day, fortunately there is a Starbucks next to the hotel. When my electronic lock stopped working I had to wait 25 minutes outside the room before I technician came to open the door.

It feels like motel not a hotel. Very cheap furniture rooms and bathrooms are disgusting. Hotel service is very good though. Stuff are friendly. Most people come here for swimming pool which is good.

My review is specifically related to the new Starbucks at the Palms hotel, and the parking situation. To go to the hotel you now are required to pay a parking fee of KD2. I have lived in Kuwait for ten years now and have never been required to pay for parking at the Palms. If you go to Starbucks, the company will pick up KD1.500 of the tab, requiring you to pay only 500fils for parking. Before this Starbucks closed for renovation, I used to go to it every single morning before work, usually spending KD10 or more on coffee you myself and my colleagues. (That works out to KD50 a week, times that by roughly 34 weeks since I'm a teacher and don't work during the summer, or for about 6 weeks worth of holidays, and that works out to approximately KD1700, or the equivalent of about US$5780 — which is insane (! ), I realize. ) Now, all that said, there is a Starbucks in the Arabella complex directly adjacent to the Palms hotel (also with paid parking, though you've been asked to pay for parking there since the complex opened) AND a Starbucks in the Al-Bidaa strip where the parking — and lots of it — is 100% FREE. There are also Starbucks store in the Salwa and Mishref co-ops, and probably a lot of other very close-by places that I am forgetting in my irritation with this latest development. Needless to say I will not be going to the Palms Starbucks. Ever. Because this is absolutely asinine. I mean really, Palms?

A gorgeous place to spend as much time as you can. It is a mere joy.

I like the apartment with 2 rooms. It needs some more decoration but it is nice for small family. Swimming pools and sea side is fantastic. Me and my family with kids like it and we willing to come back some time. Price is ok Hints be careful of the sun burn if you willing to have tanned.

Bice hotel, good room and excellent location, but parking and traffics is horrible specially in the week ends.

One of the best laboratories in UAE.

For its size and pricing, it's one of the best resorts in kuwait. We came in an hour prior to our check-in date and they still let us in. Welcomed us with a lil anniversary fruit basket in our room too. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious apartment, stocked up kitchenette, hot tub-fitted bathroom and pretty much all the amenities you'd expect. The pools, gym & beach area weren't crowded but the Palm restaurant runs out on its buffet items pretty quickly so get there early! Also, great selection of dining places around the resort if their own restaurants don't appeal to you.
