The hotel is excellent, praise for all the staff and especially at the hotel reception. The food is delicious and very good quality. Compliments for the SPA center as well.

Absolutely wonderful location close to city center and all necessary stores, shops and restaurants!

My room was noisy as it was on the second floor — music from the bar below played until 12. But apart from that, everything was great. Nice food in restaurant, great fast and friendly service. I loved the pool and spa.

Good location by the river and lots of eating places and supermarkets nearby. There's free Wi-Fi and bottled water. Good to relax in the indoor pool or gym at the end of the day.

Female server had a nasty attitude, service was horrible.

The restaurant had an unpleasant service. The food was overpriced and the food we ordered was awful. I'm sorry but that's how it is.

I just went to the bar to get a cake and it was delicious. Very kind and friendly. They speak Good English. Careful and well-maintained location.

Hotel with great service. The rooms are clean and certain provided with Terazza. With outside table. Breakfast is good. Even if it favors more meat. The facilities enjoy spa. Fitness and sauna.

Hotel with great central location. In the restaurant you eat well and not expensive.
Use of swimming pool, sauna and fitness. The latter to tell the truth quite small. In the standard rooms there is no chair to have a comfortable seat instead of a Smurf. Missing a trash can in the room to not always go to the bathroom to throw trash. And then the free water you have only the first day. Little for a 5 star where it should be daily.

An incredible hotel for quite a poor and overlooked nation, with a Shisha bar, great rooms that exceed local living quality, and great local food. The people here speak okay English, enough to get by. I definitely recommend booking a room in this hotel if you plan on visiting this bustling city.

Very nice hotel. The food in the restaurant was great. The spa was closed for a private event one day we were there and was not the cleanest spa I've been to.

Two of the girls who punojn in the recepcion are beautiful, and the way the trajtojn a myshteri, it's very professional. With a fjal are extraordinary!

The pool and jaquzi facilities smell of mold and mold is visible all along the wall of the pool. So some better pool maintenance is definitely needed. However the sauna room is very nice.

Good food, for local measures a bit expensive. Very busy during summer, you might have to wait a while for your drinks and food.

Best pasta pule! And the ice cream is simply scrumptious! As an American you want to be able to enjoy local cuisine plus have the comforts of home Dukagjini did both! And super clean!

The placing is good, in the middle of the city. But the food is worse than a lot of other restaurants.

They have everything you need to eat or drink or just enjoy a very good nice Machiato.

Hotel Dukagjini allowed my husband and myself the opportunity to fully enjoy our day without worrying if everyone was doing what they were required to do. We did not have to worry, if the room set up on time, if it was enough food, if the food was hot or if our guest was having a great time. The staff was wonderful and months afterward people are still talking about how beautiful our special occasion was!
