Not bad but not good. We had ongoing AC issues resulting in terrible nights. Reported on both nights. At 10pm on night two they offered to move us which was not possible with a new born. We stated our new intention to check out early the following day 2 days earlier than we were supposed to, due to the service failure. Paid our bill and left. Whilst in the car we were called to come speak to the manager about our experience. I explained the disappointment and she suggested we should have reported it, we had, MULTIPLE times. She said she wished there was something she could do, suggested some discount on the F&b. $7 average cappuccino can leave a bitter taste in your mouth literally and figuratively. But as we had already paid they could do anything. I thanked her and left. It’s not a bad hotel but not worth the money you pay and certainly don’t expect earth shattering resolutions if things go wrong.
Overall, a good hotel.
The design of the room does not provide a lot of privacy while showering or using the toilet, especially with the mirror placement.
There were a few points of cleanliness that let it down from a 5 star service, as well as the lack of air conditioning in the gym.
The location will probably improve upon the reopening of the nearby gardens, but at the moment it is well located unless you are awoken by planes from the nearby airport.

We recently stayed at Tamarind Tree Hotel for a three-day company retreat, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were luxurious, beautifully maintained, and held to a very high standard. You could really feel the comfort and attention to detail.
On our first evening, there was a live band playing incredible music, which created such a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy time together as a team.
Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and well organized. Tamarind Tree Hotel is definitely a great choice for both corporate retreats and leisure stays.
