Our stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Westlands, Progressive Park Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. Both bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and the living area was ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
The location in Westlands was unbeatable close to Westgate Mall, Sarit Centre and entertainment spots, yet quiet and secure. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals when we wanted. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. This apartment truly offers the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and privacy. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. My room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had an amazing view.
The amenities were outstanding — from the well equipped gym to the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh options. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how the staff remembered small preferences I mentioned in passing. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Three star, quiet hotel at the centre of Nairobi. Spacious rooms, free breakfast, very close to Westgate mall.

This hotel is an excellent value for money for tourist who wish to make it their travel hub in Nairobi while planning different tours. It's in the Westland area, which is very safe and right next to Westgate Shopping Centre, close to another mall (Sarit). The location is perfect; you can walk to many shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and the gym is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is invaluable and friendly. The Wi-Fi works very well. There is a buffet breakfast available, mainly with Indian dishes, and the food tastes quite good.
Recommendations for improvement: a basic alarm clock and ironing board with iron available in every room. They have a separate ironing room, but it is better to have an ironing facility available in the hotel room.

The compound is beautiful with friendly receptionists. The rooms are spacious and really beautiful.
The problem is the beds! The mattresses are cheap $25, they literally hurt to sleep on! I had to wake up at night to take some rest, seriously! I wonder why they have tiles on the perimeter wall when they'd invest all of that in good quality mattresses!
They didn't provide us with slippers and we had to complain to be given bath mats and a couple of cheap slippers, after we all complained.
They provided us with the cheapest tissue paper! I had to complain about that as well for them to upgrade, slightly.
The twin beds are so tiny!
Something makes me think the non-kenyan hosts had better stuff but I can't be sure. We wasted our money in this expensive place🚮🚮🚮
They have a modern gym plus sauna. You'll enjoy that.

Nice hotel near Westgate mall and rooms are spacious and they always keep your room well cleaned. Only concern is poor breakfast arrangement.

This was a nice room to stay in.
The only thing I would ask for next time is have more towels as there was only one. Also, the sink in the bathroom didn't have hot water (or maybe I couldn't figure it out). The shower had hot water as there was an electric heater but it was either super hot or cold.
Nevertheless, it was a good place to stop for one night. I didn't rate the service as I really didn't use any service.

Very Clean, Hygienic and Decent hotel for stay in Westlands area.
Indian food is available and best suitable for Indian people!
Safe environment and staff is also very cooperative.
