I really love the place but one day I told them my Wi-Fi is not working the man told me he will fix it but we stayed for a hole day without Wi-Fi and I work online after that I went and asked again they said they had forgotten I asked them surely.
So many good aspects of this experience and some areas for improvement. We had a series of business meetings in Nairobi over 5 days. The apartment was perfect for holding semi formal meetings of 1-5 people. A home from home feel. Staff were on the whole very friendly and the management is personal and attentive. It is guarded and very safe. Having said that their current policy for laundry staff to do their work in the apartment needs to change, this was not helpful and I had to ask them to leave when I returned which was a bit embarrassing. To be fair they were very polite. Also we had 2 apartments and 3 of the 4 showers didn't work or didn't work well. One was perfect and the Wi-Fi didn't work on the last day. However I would still highly recommend these guys and the price is very reasonable especially if you are holding business meetings. The gym was adequate and I can't vouch for the pool as I didn't have time this time! I will be returning.
