This hotel is very well located near the airport. Very friendly and helpful is the staff, which gives the whole hotel a beautiful atmosphere.

Family friendly, there services are on point. If you wish to visit and try plz do so you won't regret.

It’s quite reasonably price and especially if you need a bed to sleep it’s a good value for money.

The service is great and food is amazing.

Front desk manager very rude and uptight… no respect for patrons.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at La Maison Royale! The staff, food, incredible roof-top view, and rooms were commendable with all sundries fully stocked. The hotel is in vicinity of Kenya CBD which is ideal for anyone visiting this beautiful country.

I spent a night at La Maison Royale with my family on 4th September. We enjoyed every moment and we all didn't want to leave the next day. Their rooms are World class, spacious, sparkling clean and with an amazing interior. The bath tab, I can't begin to describe. Everything was perfect, the food and the staff service was top notch. Keep up La Maison, I am your client for life. Thanks for crowning my birthday.

This is a business level hotel. The rooms are small but functional and there's a well equipped gym and a nice restaurant with a terrace. Their breakfast buffet is pretty good and the staff is generally nice.

Great conference facility in the heart of Westlands. Very affordable, good food, secure and friendly staff. Only need to fix one of the access rd though.

Very nice hotel with all the amenties you would expect. A nice gym, 24 hours restaurant and free Wi-Fi. Wifi can be very unstable though. Hot water could also be a bit of a hassle to get. Very clean and well managed hotel with very good meals.

This was the 2nd time to host an event here, a farewell party and a baby shower, cost friendly, great location, great ambience excellent service, friendly and helpful staff from the GM Moses, Patrick, Musili just to mention a few, and above all food to die for… Definately refering more people here… Good work keep up.

First room had power cuts if I put the AC on, had to go turn it back on on the electric board and turn off every electric item. Second room had a wall that didn't go all the way through the window: I could have thrown things into my neighbor's room, and could literally hear every single thing happening in there. Beware of rooms 3310, 2211 and 2210. Besides that fine hotel, it seems.

Great hotel to stay in Nairobi. Get good Indian food as it has an Indian restaurant.

I love their breakfast! There was something nice, now the reality. The internet doesn't work unless hard wired into the wall. The billing dept is incapable on a good day. They want you to pay ten days out. When they make a billing mistake for what you've already paid they admit it was their fault but still want you to rectify two months later.

I love their breakfast! It's rare to have a business oriented hotel with early morning breakfast that always includes a myriad of non dairy veg options. The Las Tapas Roofdeck is the perfect outdoor office (they even have heat lamps to take the chill off the Nairobi evenings). The spa prices are not outrageous in fact they are quite affordable for a hotel or standalone. The gym has a boxing bag and is open 24/7. The rooms are all different shapes I happen to be in one that is prefectly suited for the volume of luggage I have. The staff all greet me by name. My only service complaint is unless you stop housekeeping, they change the sheets and towels everyday which is not environmentally responsible.

We had a small meeting. Booking was easy. Room had been very thoughtfully organized. They also provided snacks — samosa, maru bhajia, cakes, teas and coffee — all fantastic. I highly recommend the place.

We were there for training and boy did I hate the place. Parking is limited and each day I had to leave my keys for the staff to park my car when parking became available. The hotel is cramped and the food well bland. Same menu each day of the training. The only good thing was that there was always water available.

Great hotel with good prices. Location is a little out of the way but the staff and hotel amenities make up for it. The restaurant is open for 24 hours which is huge plus.

Very nice rooms and location. It's very easy to access the city and Westlands too. Convenient for anyone attending a conference or meetings in Nairobi.

My staying has not come to an end yet but I have already a very positive experience with the staff. At dinner I mentioned I had a bit of a cold and pain in the troth. The nice lady, I believe her name is Pauline (please give her a raise) gave me a cup with eucalyptus oil to inhale which helps. Also my wife had a bit pain in the stomach so we received a hot drink. Very touching to see that you care so much for your guests. Really impressive and thumbs up.

Average priced hotel, good service. Friendly location, but trouble with basement parking and entry and exit. 5th floor bar and restaurant. Open terrace too. Good food, Indian cuisine available.

Seems like a good hotel, location is not so good, off a dusty road. Once inside the compound guys are drinking alcohol outside almost all the time I go there and lots of noise. All the same good customer care.

It's an absolutely peaceful place to relax and reflect on your day or catch up with friends over some talk. The ambience, the music and the food is great too. Service is excellent. Plus who declines happy hour drinks…

Very nice people/service and the rooms were very clean. We went with an infant and they provide extras like baby cot and even baby bath tub.

The staff are very friendly and the rooms are quite nice. Their food is a bit overpriced and not that good. Their pasta was cold and gummy. Their mixed platter wasn't that tasty. Had a great weekend but could be better.

Over priced hotel for 100USD the room are to small. No room to move, pay the actra 50USD at a more luxurious hotel for a larger room with room to breath. They only get 2 stars because the breakfast was descent.

The suite is seriously big, large enough to get lost in. Food and service is okay. Location is also in a side lane, cannot walk around easily.

Exquisite pearl in the middle of Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya! Am seated now, enjoying their terrace, which is open, airy, beautiful 5th floor view of town, lovely with beautiful tile work, good too notch quality good chairs/tables. Restaurant is great, quality, luxurious. Only drawback, the only one, is the parking. Nooooot good. Squeezed. But as major parts of tourists would be by taxi, its not an issue.

I was here and the rooms are good, quiet location.
