Jimlizer Hotel

Very poor customer service. The hotel refused to refund my excess money despite several follow-ups. The management is unresponsive—the manager does not listen to customers’ concerns and does not pick calls at all. This shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone expecting honest service and proper customer care.

If you want to be away from the city centre noises, jimlizer will be perfect for you.

Nice, small parking though, good enough for a relaxing time it a meeting.

Nice coconut fish for lunch and home fries with coffee us a must have for breakfast.

Great spot with tasty food, but the service is painfully extremely slow.

I've enjoyed my stay there. A lovely place to be with affordable rates. Cheers guys.

The service took so long yet we were only just about 4 people waiting to be served in the hotel at that time. The fish and ugali though were so yummy I even had to ask the chef the flour he used to cook the ugali. Yummy 😋 ugali.

This is always my go-to Hotel,, I've been here countless times and there was no one time I got disappointed. Great service, Keep it up.

It's a nice place for family gatherings and parties. Food is great.

An ambient hotel with top notch manager and warm attendants. Food is well prepared and at an affordable price for a place of it's calibre. Very clean and well maintained rest rooms. Spacious airy rooms.

There is alot to do to improve on toilets and rooms cleanliness. Service and location is good as they have no competitors.

My stay at Jimlizer Hotel for 10 days was great, staff are friendly and helpful, good value for money, location, food hospitality was good.
Will definitely consider staying there again when the opportunity arises.
For me the best thing I can say is that they certainly do their best to make you comfortable.

Cosy rooms with internet available.
Clubs located all around so you can spend the night and a day after a long turned up night.
Very secure with welcoming ushers and a great atmosphere, just no trees around which sucks.
Good food as well.
