The location is okay. The chef can evidently make decent food but the service has to be some of the worst I've encountered.
There's nothing as annoying as having nonchalant staff when dealing with kids. I made a call beforehand and was informed they have an a la carte menu and meals take about 45mins to turn around, we ordered drinks as we waited, we had to insist on the kids food to be brought that came after 1 hour. Our food took another hour and then the waiter forgot one whole meal order, forgot elements of another dish and couldn't be bothered about it.
It's really puzzling because they seem to have good reviews, decent staff to guest ratio.
This a great place for getaway from town. So close to Galeria Mall, yet hidden away from the bustle and hustle of the town.

On our first visit they gave a room which was spacious but while returning they gave a very small room which was very cramped.
Their dining hall is good.
The location is very nice and worth spending especially for bird watching.
