The property is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere right in the heart of Nairobi. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, making them ideal for both short and long stays. We especially loved the perfect balance between modern comfort and the calming touch of nature all around.
The location couldn’t be better — close to the city center yet tucked away enough to enjoy true calm and tranquility.

Wonderful staff and apartments, located in a quiet and serene part of Nairobi. Beautiful garden and pool, even a pool bar when the weather is good. Great place to stay and relax for a few days.
Entrance to the Nairobi arboretum park is 10 min by foot.

Underwhelming experience at Heri Heights The hotel failed to deliver on our bridal suite reservation, which included a balcony. Instead, we were given a room that was no where near what we had specifically asked for further more it was not cleaned, and we had to waste time waiting for them to prepare it. This threw off our entire schedule. The absence of a manager on the floor made it impossible to address our concerns in a timely manner. No compensation was offered, which added to our frustration.
To add insult to injury, the bride and groom's room wasn't cleaned the next day despite their request. The housekeeper claimed it had been cleaned, but photos taken by the couple tell a different story. This blatant disregard for guest satisfaction and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The final straw was when we finally managed to speak with a manager at check-out, after numerous attempts to reach someone over the phone. Instead of apologizing or making amends, he showed no remorse or courtesy. In fact, he made us feel like we were the ones at fault. As someone who works in customer service, I know that prioritizing guests' needs and making things right is crucial. This manager's behavior was appalling, especially considering the groom's situation. He couldn't even deliver on the promise he made to his bride on their wedding night — a night that sets the tone for their life together. The lack of empathy and understanding was staggering.

Nice room and food, but the service! On another level for sure. Don't order to your room, it will take ages and not what you ordered, happened to us thrice. Could not pay with card since their terminal always was offline and when you payed with cash they didn't have change. Oh yeah. Don't lock yourself out of the room, they had only one key to our room.

I stayed here for a week with a group of colleagues! The hotel’s surroundings are very beautiful and green! The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are rather old. I wouldn’t recommend to stay on the C wing as it’s a lot dated than D.
P/S: there are cute small monkeys in the garden next to the swimming pool.

The services were amazing. All attendants were polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone visiting Nairobi to try Heri Heights Apartments.

I was a repeat visitor and was pleasantly surprised to find a revamped place with spacious stylish rooms. Service is friendly and responsive. Bravo! The only thing I wish to change is to extend the breakfast time till 10am or even 11am since some travellers are on holiday and have slow mornings. Rooms were serviced well and supplies were great though earlier in the day room cleaning would be appreciated.

The rooms are fantastic. However they fall short on some basics. Lack of flip flops/ bathrobs etc. The TV is is not user friendly at all when it comes to navigation.

Big roomy apartment with some facilities for self catering. Good on-site restaurant and helpfull staff. Nice grounds and gardens.

Excellent location between the city centre & Westlands, convenient for the expressway too. The apartment block is a delightful little oasis of green in the city. Our spacious apartment was a little tired in places but the staff were super helpful and the pool refreshing after a day sweating around Nairobi. I will definitely use Heri again next time I need to stay in Nairobi. It’s great value and so convenient.

OK, but needs some serious TLC. For a 2-night stay, a hotel like the IBIS would be a better choice. Perhaps this is better for long-term stays. It is a big place that is in need of some repairs and some tender-loving-care; otherwise, no major issues.

The apartments are nicely spacious. However, there are a few things that need improving:
A) Wifi was poor and inconsistent.
B) the apartment I stayed in did not have a kettle/microwave/sufuria. So that meant no hot water to drink for me : (
C) the bedsheets smelt like fish for some reason.
D) the mattress was lumpy, so despite being tired I didn't have a good night's sleep.
E) the lady at the restaurant serving tea and coffee was too slow.

I would normally stay here for work and it is so calming and relaxing.
The staff are great and always available to help.
On a lighter note, it will be great if the TVs are changed into smart ones.

Nice hotel inside the city with big space and friendly staffs.
They got a good restaurant on site and great menu. The view from the back is awesome and the gym is opposite the swimming pool. The stay inside the hotel was fun and filled with natural beauty.

I spent my vacation in a disgusting apartment. The bathroom looked as if hooligans had recently rioted there and had then been poorly renovated. The kitchen was also a disaster. Mold on the ceiling, dirty walls. The equipment was inadequate, including a pan to fry something and also bowls to serve the food. The balcony wasn't nice either. Paint was peeling off the ceiling and dirtying the furniture every day. A table was also missing.

To begin with;
1. The location is great.
2. Check in was very smooth.
3. The facility has the most greenery I have seen Huge props for the complementing the Eco System.
4. My room was very clean.
5. The facility has very friendly team. Great job!
NOTE: I stayed in room D06 and the WC needs to be checked, it seemed to be faulty.
