GraceHouse Resort

We stayed here on a mission trip for 2 weeks. It was incredible. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the accommodations were amazing. We did not want for anything. From food to laundry, the experience was amazing. I give this the highest rating possible!

I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Gracehouse resort. The stuff were nice and hospitable, and were always happy to serve. The rooms were clean and cozy. Furthermore, something I especially enjoyed was the food, I was always exited to wake up and eat the breakfast. I would recommend Gracehouse resort as a place to stay with either friends or family, while in Nairobi.

Just came back from a week's vacation in Kenya and was very fortunate to find this beautiful, safe and great place to stay. I stayed at many other hotels in Nairobi and Masai Mara but this one was outstanding. The atmosphere is very conducive, friendly and welcoming. You will love the convenience of having all the meals catered for at the hotel and 4pm tea. It was very peaceful and all the staff had a beautiful genuine smile ready to assist. The Yaya center is a walking distance from this hotel and many other social or shopping places are within easy reach. The neighborhood is very safe, there was live security and gates stay closed making it perfect for privacy and meetings. Thought I should share my reviews on the great experience I had staying here. The people, the rooms, the food, convenience and atmosphere make it great.

Fabulous service. The Kenyans are the most humble and jovial people I have ever met. The service here is world-class. You are treated like family here. The meals are delicious. The staff wants to know you, and they remember your name, what you like to eat, and it a point to check in on your day. The best resort experience I have ever had.

Very safe and convenient location, right next to yaya mall. The staff are the best in Nairobi. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Recently updated bathrooms and curtains. Breakfast included and afternoon tea are really a good deal and needed when traveling. I come here every year.

We travelled with a group of 50-ish people in town for a week in September 2022. The hotel staff was friendly, excellent, and gracious, who were also very welcoming and eager to please. We got staff welcome song upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and with a wide variety of options so that there was something to please everyone in our party. I would definitely recommend!

We love staying here. It is always so restful, clean and comfortable. No matter what time you arrive, they greet you with a hot face cloth & a glass of cold juice. Everyone here is so friendly and kind.
