The restaurants offer really good service. The food is quite nice although pricey. The service is good and though you wait for a while… It's is worth it.

Everyone is lovely here. It an oasis of sorts. The prices are as lovely as the staff. The food is great too. Can't fault this place.

Great service, great food, although the dessert menu needs some improvement… a scoop of ice cream was the size of a teaspoon scoop… As it isn't too crowded, perfect for a long catch up. And they validate parking… I'll definitely be back!

The bar is great. Service staff excellent and food was delicious though the servings could be a little bigger. The outside area was very cold but they brought out some patio heaters. The beer was chilled perfectly and the wait staff were on hand to refresh without hovering on my table. Enjoyed my time and will come back when I can.

Luxurious hotel. Very comfortable and cosy bedrooms and spacious at the same time. Breakfast is not bad with many fresh choices and amazing fruit. Services and staff are very friendly.

The restaurant is stunning, and had very calming/peaceful background sounds. The food was extraordinary and they have a varied menu. A great place to have work dinners, or dates. It gives off quite a wealthy feel. There isn't much parking, so it may be better if you have a driver instead of your own car.

Wow, this place is on another level. It's cozy, good customer service and the rooms are exquisite. Nice bathtubs, air conditioning, bedding, towels etc. Everything is just wonderful, I have not even mentioned the food LOL! Kudos to the management.

Kinda tucked away restaurant in the riverside area. It’s a high end restaurant but more parking space is badly needed especially on Friday evenings. Has a variety of restaurants even though my favorite is the Rouge Deck. The wait staff was very good especially for new customers who may be having a hard time deciding on what to eat. The service is prompt and the food is really great and of high quality.

We dined at Soko and for sure, it lived up to expectations. Amazing food and great service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for fine cuisine at a reasonable price.

A very pretty boutique hotel. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and had an enjoyable experience. The decor is stunning.

The driver cancelled the trip on learning we were going to Kitengela claiming its far and he won't get clients back. I think uber is not for corporate business. Very disappointed!

Nice place for holding conferences and training. The dining area is superb and high class. In need of sea food just walk in at lunch hour and serve yourself. You will enjoy it.

Great customer service, but the dishes can be improved a lot like the 24hr cooked spare pork ribs. Great lemonades though.

Fantastic ambience lots of artistry and colours all around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I suggest you try the fresh juice offered at Soko Restaurant. Loved it would recommend it to anyone to visit.

Great new clean large rooms. Helpful staff. One of the relatively newer properties in Nairobi. Close to CBD but away from the hustle of the old city. Ok gym. No barbells. Food is decent, breakfast is so, so compared to other hotels and can be improved upon. The only venue that never runs out of fresh tree tomato (Tamarillo) juice.

Place is cozy and comfy. Quiet place to go for an evening drink and have a conversation with friends.

Really good place for an evening drink, they have fantastic cocktails and two signature brews on tap. Food is ok, not too special in my experience (tried both the Thai and the steak). A bit pricey but worth it for good cocktails.

By Kenyan standards, I rate it a 5~star. I would have preferred fewer buildings and more greenery. However, more important, it is clean, stylish, and has courteous staff. This will be my choice in Nairobi from now on.

What a surprise when Rosemary delivered the food to my room, she instantly suspected that there was something wrong and was concerned about my wellbeing and offered to provide me a remedy — A mix of Honey, lemon and Ginger.
This made me feel so much better instantly. Rosemary, I sincerely want to thank you for taking the personal initiative to care about me your customer, thank you for going the extra mile in taking care of me and I would like you to know that I appreciate what you did and always do to make me feel at home.

First time visiting this place and I was quite impressed. A friend stayed over and it was her birthday and the hotel brought up a little gift of chocolates and cake with a signed card. Very nice touch. The cocktails at the Zing Bar — great. Spa staff very professional. The pool bar with the red leaf tree was beautiful but it was a little too windy to sit there in the evening. Staff friendly and courteous. Overall very nice.

Contemporary space that's a definite design dream. Wonderful food in beautiful and cozy restaurants. The rooms are fantastic and the rouge deck is something new to the Nairobi hotel scene which in all due respect is a great place to relax. The staff is friendly and ever ready to help. I'd recommend the Soi Restaurant… They specialize in Thai food and provides a great romantic atmosphere for those late night dinners…

The ambience is amazing… great food on offer at Soi and Soko but the portions aren't comparable to the pricing. That doesn't take away from the excellent service though. The office suites are also tastefully furnished…

I love taking my wife here for dinners (you can say it is a bit of a romantic place). They have awesome hamburgers and smoked pork ribs. The service is really good. The place has a very modern upclass look to it. I haven't stayed here but I have checked out the rooms. They look pretty top notch.

I went to One Africa Media office for the Data science Nairobi meet up. It was really informative. Cool place! I can't say much about the restaurants in there.

Awesome place, great ambience. I enjoyed the bathtubs and very spacious rooms on and not to forget great Thai street good experience at the Soi lounge and the dj that plays on Friday night had impeccable taste in music. Would recommend it to the lovers of exquisite places.

Rooms are splendid staff very professional and helpful. The semi-literate rude and arrogant security supervisor from KK Security should not spoil your stay there. Parking space is sometimes a problem.

An amazing place to visit and spend a night. The food from soi is splending not to talk about soko and get a few drinks at zing at pocket friendly prices.
