It was an awesome stay, personally I was amused by their service and general cleanliness. I would like to urge them to keep it up. The hotel is even worth more stars.

It's beautiful place for travellers with very clean rooms and very good breakfast ideally located for business person direct excess to industrial area good friendly staff menu reasonably good with average prices.

This hotel is brilliant, we stayed as part of a wedding party and I can not fault their service. The rooms are better than some British 4 star hotels that I have stayed in. Branding is shown throughout. The room was cleaned thoroughly and completely throughout. They even set our luggage, shoes and even cleaned my brothers flip flops. The restaurant serves great food. I would definately stay here again and it is in an ideal location, not far from the airport or the Nairobi National Park!

Excellent decor, Close to the city center, about 30 minutes walk, and if you don't like walking, call an uber! :-D Just give yourself enough time to get to your destination, traffic in Nairobi is crazy.

We wanted a hotel for our overnight stay and this hotel seemed excellent value. As the hotel was only built in 2015 the Decor is lovely throughout. Our room was a twin, and the beds were comfy and the shower particularly impressive. BUT… since the hot water is heated by solar, we had cold showers in the morning at 6 am. Sadly no air conditioning either, so we had the window open all night which wasn't ideal as it's quite noisy outside due to the hotel being located near to… a main road. Our reception was very nice — greeted with warm flannels and a mango drink. Then came a shock… we hadn't realised the hotel had no bar due to it being an Arabic Hotel. We were told that we could go outside and bring drinks inside, but we didn't really feel safe enough to do this. We went to the first floor where the restaurant was. The menu was limited and didn't reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel. We didn't feel comfortable there so we went downstairs into the small courtyard area, which had two tables and was nice. We ordered tea and sandwiches which were excellent, and the service and presentation first class. The drive from the airport took about an hour due to travelling on a Friday peak time. Our taxi driver informed us that in the morning it would only be about 30 minutes. We were quoted $70 from the hotel for a taxi to and from the airport — we felt this was very expensive and made other arrangements.
