Wonderful experience. Perfect reception.

In short, this place should never be rented out. The owner and management should be ashamed of themselves. I would never send my DOG there for vacation.

The service was appalling; There was no disclosure that toiletries are given only on the first night, some of the towels were unclean and recycled, kitchen cleaning items were not given until demanded. The owner is only concerned with money and not customer's well being. Customer experience was horrible. Book this place at your own peril!

Its time some one raised an issue about this place, was there sometime in October with a group of friends and sadly the owner asked us to pay an extra 5000 kes, apparently we used excess water and gas. Who does this? can management adapt a full disclosure policy and not play shady!

It's a nice place to stay in nanyuki, the place is cool and clean everywhere and the service is good I'm really enjoying my trip at acacia apartment. Kudos CEO Acacia apartment for the good service you provide for the customers.

Awesome place cleanliness top notch and the best receptionist I have interacted with Lina she is amazing. They would make the place even more better if they had a restaurant within the place for those people not willing to do their cooking or hustle around for a Chef.

Very decent apartments with great amenities that make one feel at home. Located in a very quiet neighborhood that is organized and appreciates nature going by the green vegetation surrounding the homesteads. The staffs are extremely friendly, professional, patient and accommodating. A real home away from home with literally all the facilities one would ever ask for.
