The place is nice but they have the poorest service were I was there and waited for more than 2 hours and yet I was told to wait for more thus I canceled. With no apology I decided to leave. They charge a lot on rooms.
A hidden, serene luxury gem. Easily accessible; located a few meters from the main road connected by an all weather road.
Great customer experience, spacious luxurious rooms. Conference facility available with reliable internet access. Spacious outdoor sitting space to catch up with friends, do group discussions or work as you enjoy the ambience.

We got late on our trip and decided to stay overnight in Kitui. We found Lacienda Resort on our way. It's a lovely place with beautiful grounds. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and an outstanding breakfast. It's quietly located, slightly off the main road.
