Your bathroom are stained why dont you get good cleaners its a shame a hotel of your class possing as a lodging with stained bathroom floors. Am so embarrassed by your negligence shame on the management. Your all belong to lodging not a hotel of that class.

Beautiful place. However, probably due to post-corona closure, the surroundings, including the ladies washrooms were unkempt.
Service was rather slow due to fewer work stations and/or service staff.

Probably this is the most modern hotel in Nyeri town offering tastefully furnished rooms in the newly constructed wing. However, the old block is still in good condition. The hotel offers good quality meals and it seems to be the trendiest spot in the town. You are likely to brush shoulders with the who's who of the town. The staff are generally polite and welcoming but the service is not as good.

The white rhino is the oldest hotel in nyeri. Very modern space. Great ambience if you're trying to relax before you get to your business meeting. Good here is reasonably priced. However it takes a long time and the service isn't great at all for a 4 star hotel. Also the food wasn't as good during my short visit there.

The rooms are really spacious. The breakfast is okay. The staff are amazingly good, they go out of their way to settle you in.

The rooms are superb and modern and was mostly impressed by the shower head. The water heats up quick even in the hand washing sink. The hotel rooms are also very clean. I t is quite cold but they have provided extra blankets for the night just in case. The staff have very good customer service skills. There is room for improvement on the food buffet choices. That wasn't too impressive.

It's one of the few very good hotels located within Nyeri town, Kenya. It's nearby the town center and not far away from various tourist attraction sites like Mt. Kenya and the Aberdares forest. It has very clean and nice rooms matching international standards. Given the chilly weather in the area, the rooms are well equipped with ACs. The beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi and most of all other expected hotel amenities are available. Excellent food though the service is a bit lackluster. It has that modern feeling and very conducive for a business stay. The conference facility is excellent. The hotel has a club too. The price is worth it too, quite affordable. For those who don't mind the cold Temperatures in Nyeri, it's a great place to stay.

Upgraded recently and looks really good. Within Nyeri town. It hosts one of the biggest clubs in Nyeri.

Oh, this is such an amazing place with five star standard of accommodation. The rooms especially are breathtakingly gorgeous! Nyeri will Never be the same again. The staff are courteous and helpful and the food is sumptuous and well served. The breakfast had so much variety, my son loved it.

The best place for refreshments of all kind. You get to enjoy the best meals served with great waitresses. Fast foods available all time. It was my first time to visit the White Rhino Hotel and I love everything about it. Hospitality, neatness food etc. It's amazing. I'd recommend it to those who visit Nyeri.

Delicious but pricey food. Affordable beer. Great service, good accommodation and ample parking. Lots of variety to chose from in terms of seating arrangement and type of food.

Attended a workshop from 18th to 21st Dec. 2017, the seminar rooms are superbly done, the leather fitted walling are cozy, the air-conditioning system great, the powered projector screens excellent and the staff very welcoming.

The luxurious fittings made the rooms cozy. A car alarm in the compound kept sounding at intervals in the night. The music from the night club was enough to keep me from drifting back to sleep deep into the night. The staff were courteous and helpful while keeping a respectful distance.

Great place, the rooms are certainly modern and lighting digital! Courteous staff. Very clean and comfortable. The only reason I did not rate it 5 is that part of the dining areas (coffee shop) needs an upgrade! Can still maintain a vintage look, while embracing modernity.

I loved it. First of all the place is so beautiful. Seats are comfortable and well arranged. I took Cappuccino and black forest cake which was nicely prepared. Bought flies and loved them because they were not oily.

A peaceful getaway with the perfect ambience… it caters for all age groups… also for the disco lovers there is one on the ground the music is not distracting to the people in the rooms. The menu is versatile which is a good thing but some of the meals on the menu can be flat …

It's a historic place with excellent reception and classic boarding and lodging. Best dishes and good drinks are also available here. Visit the place to experience more.

Pathetic Service — cavalier and nonchalant waiters who, from their 'attitude' you'd think own the hotel thus not answerable to anyone! I'm attending a function on 8th July at your new building.
I ask for beer — after about 30min I call the waiter and she tells me she forgot!
She brings a beer and calmly asks me for 200/ — I ask her whether I shall be swiping my card for every beer I take? I pay her and…
move to the main bar — — at the main bar I ask for a beer — the waiter vanishes for 30min — he returns with a beer and a huge plastic cup — — I realise all revellers are drinking from plastic cups — wine is also served from plastic cups!
I refuse to drink from a plastic cup and ask for a glass — he vanishes for another 30 min and comes back — now full of 'attitude' — with a glass. I take a deep breath and I remember that I'm in a rural town and chances are I could also be the problem and my anger quickly dissipates — but vow — never again.

Exceeded my expectations. Rooms are cosy there is a huge smart TV and the Wi-Fi is excellent — over 30mbps.
