Country side upper market facility. Excellent location away from town. Beautiful lawns for kids play, outdoor dining, team events and more. Well organized and equipped health club and spa managed by one of the best instructors I can talk about! Ideal for honeymoon, conference, team building and weekend out. Decent rates.

Beautiful rooms, the staff are not friendly, the food especially breakfast is awful, I stayed in VIP room beautiful inside perfect but their services especially in bar and restaurant need change. I won't recommend there for next time.

Terrible service… terrible food. No specific waiter assigned to your table and you constantly have to Keep waving at waiters who completely ignore you. Food comes terribly cold after hours of patiently waiting. strongly wouldn't recommend it. Total shame!

Nice hotel to stay for whatever mission. Modern Gym, swimming pool, swimming pool and spa makes this hotel homely and ideal for all kind of guests.

One of the oldest and largest hotels in town. I like the pictures placed all around the lobby area as they so rich in Kenya's pre independence history. Aside from that the rooms and service is quite good but the menu could do with a revamp.

I mostly rated a 4 for the gym facilities because that's all I used for the 1 week I was in Nyeri. It is very modern, clean and organized. Knowledgeable trainers are ready to assist those who want to work out. I loved the 6 p. M. To 7 p. M HIIT workouts. They were intense and varied from day to day. I noticed the pool area and the lawn on my way to the pool which looked nice. I would recommend the gym to anyone visiting Nyeri town.

Nice and good breakfast. Management seriously needs to look into issue of hot water, you must run/waste water for 30 minutes to get lukewarm water for showering! Such a waste!

The hotel has lived to it's name. It's truly a Haven in Nyeri town. Recommended for both conferences and family holidays.

Warm extra blankets upon request by the laundry department was quite impressed! very clean rooms and hot showers. Really an enjoyable stay.

Friendly and warm staff well kept flower lawns and beautiful gardens but a very shallow pool though have a good gym. They also have a spa and a sauna. I prefer spending the nights while visiting Nyeri. The have exceptional food and the art displayed around the hotel is awesome.

From a conferencing perspective in Nyeri County, Green Hills Hotel is in a class of it own. Offering a variety of meeting rooms holding groups of 15 — 250 comfortably. Accommodation is available: on offer are contemporary lavish rooms with all your necessities. A lush, freshly manicured, green lawn is available for team-building sessions, weddings or even music concert. The hotels staff could be better in terms of service, but a few stick out.

I have always wanted to visit this hotel and give my feedback. Their services are at par, reception is excellent, customer care is exceptionally good. Of all places I have ever been to, Green hills has the most courteous and friendly staff. Food is great, especially fish… They have a modern gym and great instructors. The swimming pool is clean, spacious and risk free. Photo taking is well considered, very beautiful place. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, highly ventilated and fit for a family who wish to unwind away from home. I highly recommend this place.

One of the Oldest and welkept facilities. Great for family and conference. The gaint Bamboo stands always amaze me.

I liked the hotel's overall set up and the room. The scenic setting of the hotel is remarkable. Also enjoyed the gym and sauna. Staff were courteous. However, I experienced an unfortunate incident where I called the reception's landline four or five times without anybody picking. I had to go physically and it was raining.

The Whole Tilapia dish was well done and tasty. Served in an African quantity, the meal was worth the price. All the staff were kind and always smiling. My son has played in the kids pool and he loved it. A family friendly hotel will surely visit again.

It has a nice serene environment. However the changing rooms are wanting (we had gone swimming). Their food service is alright not classy.

This place Green Hills hotel made my Christmas one of the best with my Family, everything was fantastic and we really really enjoyed the stay, meals and especially playground for kids.
My advise to the management have power back up of the back up, one generator if fails as it did on Christmas might be embarrassing.
Otherwise everything else was good.
Keep up.

Mostly l like their food very much. Always freshly made, very tasty and enough quantity. I Especially enjoy their platter of meat, yummy and sizzling. Their customer service is really nice, l have never had issues for the several times l have visited. Their ambiance is great, indoors and outdoors. Nice place to be.

Nor impressed at all. Arrogant or rude waiter I encountered even though he was not our waiter. A huge dark complexion guy whom I understand he has been in the hotel for sometime (his badge was facing downward I couldn't read it). He was doing the bar but the rest were not better either. Nyeri is cold and the jiko which already dying out was to be refilled with new charcoal, well, I had to ask the waiter to show me where I should go get the charcoal! Chris Njoroge who was the team manager was actually not of any help too. The bill, I had to tell them to minus because those at the other side had already paid…
