The hotel is big, clean, the rooms are clean and cozy. Made a good playroom for kids, very much. The restaurant is good, reasonable prices, food good. Breakfast is on the basis of the buffet is not bad. The hotel staff is responsive, courteous, well-behaved. Been coming here for eight years exactly, the staff does not change. The grounds are nice, big. The location is good. You can go ice skating, sledding, buns. In the winter, usually built on the hill site. Love to rest here in the winter time. Summer stayed a few times, too well. Summer give bicycles, catamarans, on hot days bring ice cream to the beach. Directly from the restaurant you can get to the terrace, and Breakfast, lunch in the fresh air. The car Park has an aviary with rabbits, which children love to feed.

Went with family on 8th March to this hotel. The hotel is located on the lakeside. There is a beach (for those who want to come in the summer). But since March, we had a rest in the hotel itself. From the services provided: a tremendous family room with factions bedrooms and a living room, 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the Windows. On the ground floor there is a huge indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna. Buffet breakfast is included in the price. Very friendly people work here. To take care of your holiday.

A decent place to stay. The staff is super-super helpful, attentive and friendly! The breakfast was very good. The grounds are very well maintained. Minus 1 star-still need renovation. The rest is only positives! I recommend to come on weekdays, a wonderful opportunity to relax in silence, away from the city.

If you choose between Standard Room and junior suite, I will select Standard. Convenient, so that the large room has a bed and a TV. In the junior suite separately in one room TV, in another small room only bed. The standard is cozy, but the doors are very obsharpanny.

The nature is great. Nice stay. Restaurant average rating. Products on the buffet do not update.

Location Living conditions, service is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. The food is delicious, at home, nourishing. There was no pool. But judging by the fact that a lot of visitors and the words of colleagues can be a good time to spend. To the beach on foot down the slope of 50-100 m. The beach is equipped, clean but small. On rent give a catamaran, to a beach leads a good footpath. On the territory there are gazebos, barbecue facilities, a small pier, a tennis court, etc. The only thing that did not like is the hard pillows, poor lighting in the room. So, had a good time. Fresh air, quiet friendly atmosphere. Thank you, I'll come again.

Really nice, quiet&peaceful place. Average, but clean&comfortable rooms, some with balconies. Very friendly&endeavored staff, quite yummy cuisine. Small, but nice&clean beach. See you again!

We had a good time at the Park Hotel Kokshetau. We really appreciated the help with charging our electric car. Suggestion for improvement: offer (real) coffee for free at the breakfast and maybe update the bicycles (even though it's already great that you offer some! ).

Far from main attractions, but near a lake. The bath robes provided were dirty upon arrival, but they replaced it for us quickly after we called reception. They have good breakfast options.

A very beautiful location. The hotel is located in a forest in the Spa. The air is just awesome. Own beach with sunbeds. Catamarans and bicycles included in the price. The water is clean and cool. Room rates include Breakfast. But the menu is not diverse. I would like more milk and desserts. Restaurant prices in Astana, the kitchen is so-so. Friendly staff. And the girls on reception and the waiters and security. Maid service every day and change towels and bathrobes. Plus water from the hotel gift in the room. Mini bar charge and varied. In General, the hotel liked it. I want to go back again.

Great place for families and couples. Pretty cheap comparing to other placed and really decent. I find this place very cozy thanks to design, personnel and location. Location is really good as well right next to the lake, there is also a small pier and a beach (although beach is so so). Also, you can rent a bicycle and pedaling boat (free if you are staying at the hotel) overall good place, but need to purchase decent bicycles because what they have now is total crap.

Nauryz in 2016 rested in the year.
Advise people not looking for unpretentious chic and luxury and relaxing vacation far away from civilisation.
I liked the hotel room balcony, view from the window, location, Bed and bed good. Sorry little pillows. Take a razor and toothbrush with toothpaste with them, everything else is there. For breakfast there are modest, but it is edible. Coffee is disgusting. There is no lift. A lot of family of people with loud kids. In general you can ride better there Hotels at this price I have never met.

Very very much suggest that you book 3 to 4 months in advance of the five star hotel the service is good Breakfast for free even the beach, pool and bath trenazhornyi hall. Free for those who are resting with the card.

Everything is fine. Been here 3 times. The pool is cool, the kids loved it. But it wouldn't hurt to freshen up a little repair.
