Good hotel. I never stayed there but being there seveal times to attend parties. It's neat and clean and staff is very helpful.

Very disappointed with the service, arrived early in the morning, the doorman was put in the phone, did not even help with the suitcases, the reception waited about 20 minutes, there was no one, wanted to sleep terribly.

Had lunch buffet on Sunday. Good food. Each week they have themed buffet. This time it was Middle Eastern food.

The price includes a visit to the SPA: 3 Baths (Hamam, Finnish and steam), a swimming pool with a temperature of 29 degrees, the possibility to call from phone numbers to all countries of the world. The bathroom and shower and its own jacuzzi. Excellent set of bathroom accessories, including toothbrushes, combs, shaving sets, several types of shampoos and conditioners, etc. Very good service.

Spectacular hotel in the heart of Astana.

It was best, I enjoyed the clean and fresh internment of Astana. We were for 2 days in Riixos President Astana Hotel and I had sweet moments over there.

Another great Kazakhstan Rixos, this one even better than the one in Almaty. Why? The amazing spa: a pool, hot tub, steam rooms, sauna… absolutely first class. Astana is a strange city in many ways — artificial and Vegas-like; odd for a capital. But the Rixos is as conveniently located as you could find.

I'm from Mexico and I went on vacation to countries of the former USSR.

Spent the night once in 2010, the decor and the service is excellent. What is not liked: because of the color of water (rusty or weak tea, or razbavlenii cognac) lost the desire to take a bath. Although it is possible this is an isolated case.

Disgusting staff attitude to visitors. Horrible service and maintenance.

Great service great food great staff great swimming pool only problem is the cook wouldnt let me in kitchen to get more food out the fridge but its good that the food made for us was up to par and standards. Thanks again vlad and jane for letting me stay in the hotel for a week or so I love ya guys if ya ever need anybody klipped lemme know cheers guys.
