The hotel is very clean. We arrived early in the morning in cold weather and central heating is already disabled, so the girl at the reception offered us a heater. We had a great sleep. The room was comfortable and comfortable. If we still pass Astana, we will definitely stop there.

The hotel has a rather cozy and decent café. There just recently made repairs, it should be noted a good interior and a nice selection of dishes.

There is one main hall and two halls connected with it a little smaller. A small conference room is adjacent to the main hall.

Stayed at this hotel twice, no complaints. The girls receptionists are very helpful on any issue give an answer, quickly respond to any request. The location is a bit inconvenient if you are planning on walking, but there is a public transport stop next to the hotel. I want to praise the restaurant in this hotel, great fellows, delicious food, sincere and good-natured staff, we loved both the service and the hospitality. If you are going to visit Astana again, be sure to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is cozy. There is a restaurant and a spa area. It is especially pleasant that even in single rooms a big and soft bed! A minus is shampoo and soap, which are not very pleasant for the body. The rooms are small.

For the money that is asking for a room, it's worth it. Everything was fine. Booked a room about 4-5 days before the visit by phone. It turned out that I will have a discount instead of 30000 pay 25000 (some action, not exactly remembered). Little thing, but nice. For 2 days I called back to clarify the reservation. It turned out that there is no armor. Besides the price 30000 and on my claim why there is no reservation, and also the price differs from promise a plain answer has not received, but the price still has occurred to 27000.
Arriving anyway the price was in 30000.

Good european standard. The beds are in a good condition, and the windows are sound proof. The staff is friendly and there's enough english speaking staff. The restaurant is great and open till late at night. I've had my best kazach pizza there, and their traditional dishes are fingerlicking. They also offer an airport service for a reasonable price. On the down side, the breakfast is rather mediocre, I just wished their fried eggs and omlets could be kept warm for longer. Their Wifi can stutter a little and they dont have a single english speaking news channel on TV. It's location ain't central, so you have to walk a bit for any sight seeing, or just have the staff order you a cab.

Good hotel, clean, rooms adequately equipped, breakfast in the affiliated restaurant, which is also highly recommended for dinner, secret tip: the Steaks.

The hotel is excellent with a combination of price and quality! The room is clean and comfortable, excellent bed linen. Of the minuses — the kits just for some reason for one guest, though there were two of us, towels are small even for one guest, high audibility. Service is lame-you need to pull up. The kitchen at the hotel is good, prices are low.
