Old building with renovation preserved architectural features. The design of the rooms is classic. I like it-everything is dignified.

Staff is very professional and friendly. But rooms are small and old. Room is overpriced and some of roooms don't have any view. There isn't safebox in room. pluses. Nice location in old side of the city. Prices in hotel's restaurant are acceptable.

Their staff members are very friendly and supportive. Location is good for my stay. Restaurant serves decent food for breakfast and dinner. Small but Comfortable room for one guest.

Western prices but not western standard. Way too expensive, especially during the EXPO. The standard rooms are too small, especially the beds are too small for two people. The breakfast is fine, they have qite a big variety of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. Near it today 22 July is a concert of energy music. There will be artists of our countries as Marzhan Arapbayeva, Almas Keshkenbaev.

Everything is very comfortable and hospitable! I am a resident of Almaty, stayed at 2days. Quiet, quiet, good place to stay. Great restaurant, very large assortment of dishes, not expensive. The rooms are spacious, clean, pleasant. Bath Sauna Spa… Loved it! Recommend.

Не понравилось, что в номере твин, предполагающем двухместное проживание, так как там две кровати, нужно доплачивать за второго человека.

Nice hotel, in the heart of the old town.

Average hotel, not 4 stars for western europe standards. Could not easyly open the window, as the bed was blocking the access. Location is though ok, some green park areas close to hotel.

It's ok. A basic hotel clean but nothing fancy. Seems to be renovating and modernising since my first visit (the bathroom was sparking new and well done). The worst thing about this place is the breakfast. The food is low quality and monotonous. All the bread is sweet, u have to pay extra for fresh orange juice and the eggs insipid.

A cozy old style up to date infrastructure hotel near to the centre.

Regularly stop there. Good service / friendly staff. Quiet. Convenient location. Kitchen perfectly.
