Terrible hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The windows are glued with Scotch that does not ventilate, and it does not save from the noise of the road. Mattress is so sold that it feels like it's missing, you sleep on a bench. Cheap slippers that 41 foot size barely fit, and outside slippers dirt that the rest of the foot is important to keep the canopy. Where do not sit, always overcome the thought that you can catch something unpleasant for health. Small safe, does not hold a laptop, if you put something valuable, it will not be a problem to endure entirely. Did not find a full-fledged guest directory, reception phone number is simply not found. Even for these comparatively small money there are places more pleasant.

Lovely hotel. Attentive staff. In the lobby you can eat, have a coffee, if desired, bring to the room. The price-quality ratio is optimal! Recommend.

Very poor service. Rooms are very dirty, specially the sanitary. Personnel is rude and doesn't speak english at all. No english menu in the restaurant so the only choice is check the picture. The receptionist guy useless, rude, impolite and so on.

The hotel is pleasantly surprised in all respects.
Apartment more than 50 sq. M. Meters, stuffed all necessary: 2 plasmas, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, water, phone…, not to mention the modern spacious shower.
Excellent breakfast, not European, with elements of local cuisine.
Great view, especially from room 10 floor.
The location of the hotel is very good.
Friendly staff, ready to advise how to get to the right places of the city.
The hotel deserves an upgrade to 5 stars.

For Astana-a great price of the room. Room Standard-cozy, clean, modern. Bath accessories are included. The lobby is cozy. For business trips is the most. Recommend.

Nice hotel. The rooms are not in the perfect condition, but staying for a couple of nights is quite suitable. Breakfast buffet. Standard single room in the area 40-50 $.
There is free Wi-Fi. But with the rosettes in the rooms-the trouble: they are far from the beds and not in the most convenient places.
The staff are helpful and polite, but sometimes there are delays.

Good breakfast, ok english in reception, good room and location near supermarket/ restaurants. Warmwater vanished so had to shower cold the last day, called reception they said sorry repairs by the city, warmwater might be back tomorrow night, not good.

In general, the hotel is not bad, budget, but the stall in the shower leaks, so getting out of it becomes a puddle in the whole bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the food was good.

The hotel declares itself as Chetyrehzvezdnoj. But in the business class room there is not even a rosette near the desk. Of course, there is no desk lamp. Instead of it above a table there is a big mirror, and next to a dressing table one more… But perfectly lit the bed, over which the lamp is located, and on the sides of two sconces. The fridge is installed in the locker, obviously for beauty. There's no electrical outlet. However, on request, give out extension cords. I have all the numbers on the floor with wires. What should I do? The smartphone needs to be charged, laptop nourish, kefir somewhere to keep Yes and the TV to turn on. The internet is weak. Laptop in the safe does not fit. The drain in the sink is clogged. The room was very warm and the shower was very well-placed. The room is big and cold. Longing!

The room is not bad but the repair did not explicitly specials, cleaned by three, for life all have a toothbrush paste even for shaving accessories, breakfasts tasty take to choose what you want, a little cool in the room.

Good food, good service and rooms with chlorine.

Very bad breakfast, no bread, no ioghurt, no cereals, one kind of cheese, everything looks synthetic, the fruit is already cutted and looks dry and old, there's no room for every guests to eat. No WI-FI in the rooms, always failing. The first thing I complained in the reception desk was about the toilet brush, it was filthy, they change it imediatly.

A good place for business trips, there is a conference room.

The hotel is located far from the Center, but this is easily offset by inexpensive taxi direct bus routes, helpful staff and luxurious rooms. On the ground floor of a Japanese restaurant, where in the evening does not sell any alcohol except beer:) Hotel.
