The room is big enough and is with small kitchen, bath, sofa, bed, balcony. Sometimes the strong wind is made noise during the night and I couldnt slept well. From my room I can see the Caspian Sea, is very nice view when I get up in the morning. Very rare moment I catched today. The car Dacia Duster from France in parking hotel Chagala. AThe couple from France was in a journey and they rest in Chagala. The hotel is safe.

Excellent service. Delicious cuisine. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's quite and comfortable inside. They offer apartments, if you stay long days in city, then this would be a better option than a just room.

Nothing wrong with the room, great breakfast, but the evening meals are naff and some even inedible. The English speaking channels change all the time and the whole TV system was cut off one morning as the bill had not been payed?

The structure is not new, however the apartments are comfortable and the service is good enough. For long stays it's a good option.

The room was awful. The walls in the stained bathroom is scary. Yes, and the order in the room had to wait a whole 40 minutes. Although there was an apartment room. The room was smelling like a poisoned of cockroaches.

Nice hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Breakfast time is convenient from 6am to 10:00.

The administration is not people, today expelled people with children from the playground. Hamovataja Guard, parking is not allowed cars, even women with babies, women are forced to walk with children and in the cold wind. Overall a huge fat minus!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But it is obvious that the numbers have already touched the year of use and the administration does not try to update something. Rooms and public spaces not bad; breakfast with a good food selection. Very slow lunch and dinner services, even with 2-3 people.
